I have been a customer at Arvest since 2012. I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Misty, in person at the Moore location on Sante Fe. She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and properly taken care of. Misty upholds integrity and professionalism. She completely changed what was a negative experience (not due to Arvest) and ensured customer satisfaction throughout the whole process. Our world needs more Misty's ! Thank you so much for your kindness. It will not be forgotten.

I had to close my little sister's account after she suddenly passed away. I chose this Arvest because it was closest to the funeral home. I walked into the bank, since I had no idea how to handle the situation. The Branch Sales Manager and the tellers were kind & compassionate. They explained banking rules, protocols and procedures that needed to be followed in this situation. Each time I came into the bank they warmly greeted me and answered all my questions. It was exceptional personal service in a difficult time. Thank you!!!

Very friendly staff when you go in always greeting you with a smile, drive thru definitely needs improvement its usually very slow response time for a small transaction.

I have sat in the drive through for almost 15 minutes while the manager and the teller are taking their sweet time. They have helped four other customers while I was in line before them, just in a different lane. Poor customer service.

Well every time I try to call. I sit on hold for about 5 minutes and give up. Whenever I go inside I feel more like a burden then a customer. Nobody here knows what they're doing nor do they care about anybody. As soon as I can get ahold of someone on the phone or meet a person who knows what they're doing I'm closing all accounts with this bank I'd rate zero if it was an option. You guys lost my business !

Have been with Arvest for over a decade and they have not let me down yet. Their fee's are reasonable unlike BoA and other big banks. Customer Service is second to none.
