The manager JD is the BEST customer service person EVER! We had a new boat delivered and had limited knowledge about the boat- he took time on a Saturday evening to come to our dock and explain in great understandable detail! Very nice, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Customer Service like this is hard to come by these days! You’ve got a great one Grand MarineMax.

These people are not easy to deal with, will use you as leverage on selling a boat with someone else if you are not immediate with their demands. Signed paperwork and called to put my deposit down, which all happened within about 2 hrs and without calling me and giving me a heads up took someone else’s deposit and sold the boat out from under me! Horrible way to do business, would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Also horrible customer/sales service instead of trying to sell me another boat they would rather argue with me and make the customer feels as if they were in the wrong.

Very beautiful marina, the two restaurants on one side of the lake and the other on the other, it's super beautiful with a taxi boat to cross, it's really extraordinary, not to mention the service which is very good, the people are all kind and welcoming ? wow well done !!!

People could not get you the right parts for a canoe, yes it that bad. I would not recommend service or parts to anyone in this area I guess having the serial number of your engine don't help. However. they have really friendly, and nice staff. So I gave it two stars for that reason.
