If I could give 0 stars, I would. My doctor sent them a prescription. When I got there, I told them I needed to update my insurance information. The lady said they had it and was working on it. I waited about an hour. I finally asked what was taking so long. Then they scurried to get it. I said they had forgotten about me, and the lady said I don't think so. I said they must have because I've never had to wait that long on a prescription before. Horrible service, but that's Walmart. I shouldn't expect any kind of service from them!

So they close now at 7pm not 9pm. However, my wife really needed her medicine and the folks working were very understanding and got us our medications 45 minutes after they closed. I will definitely be getting all prescriptions from this pharmacy from here on out. Thank you guys so much!!

I was mistaken about my insurance card, it was actually not a prescription card, but rather a doctors appointment insurance card — not for use at a pharmacy. Still, they were immensely kind and spent at least 30 minutes with me trying to figure it out. I did go ahead and purchase a couple of my prescriptions out of pocket as they had them ready for me and were so sweet. After speaking with my insurance again, I realized I will have to use CVS so as to not pay higher prices or out of pocket.Still, I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone who can use it. Such friendly employees. Thanks again!

I like walmart they actually always has more people working in the pharmacy part then Walgreens and cvs but it is what it is.

I had a negative experience with the Wal-Mart pharmacy on Reno a few days ago that really made me upset. I have a prescription for a muscle relaxer called tizanidine (Zanaflex), and I get 90 pills every 30 days. When I picked up my refill a few days ago I noticed that when I got home and took that first pill, the pill bottle didn't seem as full as it usually does. I counted the pills and there were only 50 in the bottle. I called the pharmacy and told the pharmacist who answered the phone that I was shorted 40 pills and she hung up on me! I was infuriated, and when I tried to call back they would hang up every time. I am NEVER using this pharmacy again, shame on them.

This pharmacy is pathetic. You call to refill and told a specific time. Show up after time given......still sitting here 45 mins at the drive thru...no prescription yet. This happens way too much. Will be transfering prescriptions to Walgreens. Faster service. Employees on personal cell phones way too much. Done....ZERO RATINGS.....

If I Could Rate this pharmacy zero stars, I would! I currently work here and I'm probably on my way out for drama that other employees caused and supposedly had no part in!. I can admit I've done some wrong but i have changed my ways and i have worked on myself The new manager sucks and wants me gone because rumors that have been spread from some other girl who works there! I wish armstrong was back working here! I feel as though I am being constantly harassed and mistreated since he has left the girls in the back say I'm full of drama but I'm literally surrounded by drama filled women the only great person now is bryan so anyways good luck if you want your meds here I work here and am telling you its totally not worth the headache

If I could give zero starts I would. I take a medication that I can not go one day without. I drop my prescription off at least a week, if not 2 weeks in advance. When I dropped it off I was told it will be ready for pick up today. I called to make sure it was ready and was informed they don't have it in stock and will have to order it. This is not the first time this has happened here. The people at this pharmacy are inept and uncaring. They don't care about their customers, if they did they would make sure a medicine that their customer cannot go without was in stock. Especially when the customer gets that prescription filled on a monthly basis at their store and now drops it off weeks in advance because they have been out of it on previous occasions. It's not a rate prescription either. It is a very common prescription. After I get this prescription filled I will now be using a different pharmacy. Do not trust those pharmacy and it's employees will your health! Use a different pharmacy!
