On hold for forever. Can’t get prescriptions half the time cause they are closed and when you do get them you better be ready to wait in line for close to 30-45 mins. I’ve used this pharmacy for years but I’m going to have to switch because I just can’t deal with the inconsistency anymore.

Worst pharmacy in Midwest city! Was on hold for over an hour and then was disconnected. Service has declined over the last year. I’ve switched to a different Pharmacy.

Pharmacy is closed half the time. It's always something there, and CVS has a shortage of staff, yet they remain open.
Walgreens needs to be reported to the State Board of Pharmacy at this location. If its closed on the weekend and thay the only time you are off of work and you NEED life saving medications - you can't even get them transferred to another pharmacy unless they answer the phone to.

The pharmacy has the most unprofessional workers I’ve ever seen. Also don’t bother calling because you will be on hold for over 30-40 minutes even when the recording says there is one person ahead of you. They do the bare minimum at this location and will be transferring to a different one.

The pharmacy is awfully. Half the time they are closed on Saturday and Sunday or drive through only on the Midwest Blvd location. You wait in a line for 30 minutes to ne told that one of the preciption that was supposed to be ready you have to come back for the next day. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

My wife was notified that her Rx was "filled" via text. Arrived same day (last Thurs), was told they didn't have it in stock yet and will be ready on the 22nd. Arrive on the 22nd and find out they still do not have it in stock, and the one other Rx "filled" has two separate directions and won't be released until the doctor clarifies. At that point, I asked for clarification about their notifications of Rx being "filled" (via text, etc). I was told that the notification merely means that they have "received" the Rx from the doctor and doesn't imply that it is actually on site and filled, although the notification stated "filled." Obviously, in todays culture of ever changing definitions, accountability can only be deflected and not held by any company or citizen. I am very disappointed with the blame shift displayed by Walgreens and its employee's

I needed to purchase a toothbrush and was pleased to see a high-end toothbrush hanging from a hook with a "clearance" price. When I was checking out the toothbrush rang up at $7 and change. I informed the cashier about the clearance price; he didn't hesitate to override the cost to the clearance price. Thank you Walgreens!

Has taken a whole hour in the pharmacy line just to pick up. What is going on here? Does corporate need to step in with this place?

The associate made the whole trip great. She retrieved some Lindor blueberry candies that we couldn't reach and checked us out. We also had a brief pleasant conversation during checkout about apartments. Efficient, professional, friendly, Walgreens you have a trifecta employee here. As for the associate, you know who you are - keep up the great work, you're doing awesome!

Need to improve on the automated system. Other than that everything else is A-1.

Why tell me my prescription is ready for pickup if y’all are always closed? Thanks for making me drive across town. Now I don’t have my needed medication!
