See a lot of pharmacy reviews but not many store reviews so here’s one that aspect of the store. Funny, Faruq, working on the 4th, heard me say Tide babies, not Ty babies. Was very nice to me and once we got that sorted he knew exactly where to point me, was a pleasure to talk to and a very nice young man.
(Always give 4of5 stars even if it should be closer to 5. Always room for improvement)

the pharmacy is a joke. 1 hour in line..watched 3 other cars in front of me and only 2 cars have actually got their prescription. unreal. hire more people. literally running out of gas waiting

Worst service everytime I go to this pharmacy. Always treated like a lesser class citizen there. Also they decided to close the pharmacy indefinitely right when I needed my very important medication refilled, causing me SO much stress. I could not have it transferred to a different location because nobody was in the pharmacy to do so! They were virtually holding my medication hostage from me and almost causing me to end up hospitalized. This place needs to do us all a favor and just close for good. That way we will at least know for sure we cannot count on them.

My husband and I have been going to the Walgreens at 1601 S. Air Depot for too many years to count. They know us by name and are always so welcoming, but sadly I have to give my favorite store 1 star and would give them a 0 , if that were possible. Nick was the pharmacist that took care of our prescriptions on a regular basis until recently. He was a great guy, but management failed to keep him due to their stupidity!!!! He told them they needed more staffing repeatedly, but they refused to listen, so he gave them his two week notice per other pharmacy members!!! He left for a better position at another pharmacy and I wish I knew where, because if things don't change soon, I will consider leaving Walgreens and going with another provider!!! Since Nick has left, they are getting pharmacist's from other stores they are calling "floaters"!!! This isn't fixing the problem due to more often than not the pharmacy is temporarily closed, because they're having problems even keeping the "floaters"!!!!! I have filed a complaint with corporate over this issue today, so hopefully I will receive the promised callback within 2 business days and get this resolved asap with getting a new manager, who will be willing to listen to their staff before my husband and I as well as others consider going to a different pharmacy!!!!

Yeaahhh, I had a prescription here to pick up before my flight to California. On my way to pick it up, I realize that they are short staffed and the pharmacy is just closed. Staff your location? That’s insane.

Disgustingly horrific customer service and bad attitudes in the pharmacy. They NEVER answer the phone and will hang up in your face. I have major concerns about having medications filled here considering the general unprofessional disposition of pharmacy staff.

My go to Drug store for loading money? on my mobile banking debit cards?, and using the ATM ? for a fee free experience.. I have used Walgreens Pharmacy to fill my diabetic Insulin-Glargine prescriptions ?or to shop for over the counter Meds? for myself, wife and 4 daughters. ????????? ?

0 customer service here waited at the proper registers for 10 minutes while someone at photo desk ringing up people without communicating whether I should go to the photo desk to check out or if I should stay at the register. Late to work because of waiting to be checked out I should have just walked out with the items bet that’s what I’m gonna do next time waiting around forever to pay $8 for a couple of things next time I WILL just walk out with my stuff bec waiting around is so dumb

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Definitely not shopping there anymore! However, I will continue using the pharmacy! Certainly don't expect any resolution to a legitimate complaint! The store manager just talks in circles and the employee involved, lie! There is no longer, "satisfying" the customer, it's screw the customer! Worse resolution of an issue I have ever seen. They just threw customer resolution right out the window! I may, or may not call the GM, but they all will probably lie, as well. Sad that I do have several favorite employees there that always go above and beyond for me, but the one's there last Sunday, were horrible!

I hate this pharmacy! It doesn’t matter what time your prescription gets called in, you better pack a lunch and dinner because that’s how long your gonna wait, only to be told oh the computer said you didn’t have insurance but I fixed that so now it’ll be another 45 min wait. That’s not including the 2 hour wait in line when you go pick it up again!!!!! It doesn’t matter what the computer said, fill the damn prescription and figure the other out when I get there!! Not my choice to have to deal with this pharmacy, it’s the insurance choice! Well they suck too.
