The people in this pharmacy need a major attitude adjustment. Don't dare ask for the pharmacist, or he will rudely tell you the tech couldve handled it, when you spoke to the tech in the first place. Next he told me I could jusf transfer my meds to another Walgreens.Again tonight I called to make sure my migraine shots copay card was working. The tech was unwilling to help me, and agreed when I told her I'll have to make a second trip if it doesn't work. They do not value people's time.I don't recommend using this store.

Picked up my prescription for antibiotics yesterday and took one I thought to myself no way theres 30 pills in there so I counted them and realized they had only given me 20 of the 30... count your medication before you leave this Walgreens because they cant.

I waited on the phone for like 40 mins waiting for someone to answer in the pharmacy. I wish it wouldn't take that long to answer the phone. They need to learn how to mutiltask.

Rude staff and not very helpful. Acted like I was an inconvenience and annoyed when I asked questions. Never been treated so disrespectful.

I have never been treated so rude. It was made very clear that the pharmacy staff did not want to help me. Yes, they were busy in the back but no one was in line. No one greeted me and when I was acknowledged I was discouraged from receiving service. This is the reason I have moved all my business to a local pharmacy that is local owned. If I did not need this COVID-19 vaccine I would leave. Please find a local pharmacy that knows you and cares who you are. That is not Walgreens. I HATE WALGREENS. PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Whenever I walk into Walgreens, the outside instantaneously the outside world goes away, and your left in the comfort of a well ran store that focuses on the important needs of people, enabling them to serve the masses with a quality service...

I have never experienced the level of rudeness and incompetence with other people as I have with the staff at this pharmacy.

So many frustrating issues with this pharmacy. Absolutely no communication when they're out of my meds or unable to fill a prescription for whatever reason. I use the app to submit my refill requests, and even though my doctor has already sent the info over, I end up having to call anyways and sit on hold for 20 minutes just to get it filled. The exact same prescriptions I get every single month, exactly 30 days apart, for almost 3 years now. The drive thru line is always forever long and moves super slow. Even you get lucky and there's only one car ahead of you expect to be waiting for awhile.

The store is usually great. But the pharmacy is awful. They’re always confused, never staffed, if you don’t understand their medical terminology they get upset with you, no patience at all. Not great customer service.

Waited 43 minutes as the 2nd car in the drive through... Then when I get there they can't hear in the speaker and yelling all my info on the intercom. Some years ago I added an alert to my profile that states "Do Not say Patients info Aloud" smh I guess they missed the memo. It's only my safety and private info... She quoted me almost $30 more than because you have to ask for a discount card to be applied. Like why wouldn't they try to help people get their meds cheaper by offering it anyways. Not a great experience.

The store has gone downhill within the last year. The ladies who work the night shift now are anything but helpful. They will sit and finish their lunch before they try to assist you, including ringing anyone up. At the very least, they could greet someone or put the food down to ring up 4 people waiting at the registers.

Yesterday I went in the store & I didn't get a receipt after my purchase. The young lady that was behind the counter called for the manager (Keisha) three times over the intercom before she finally came to the front. The cashier explained to me this was the third time that day she had called for Keisha to come to the register & she didn't come to the front in a timely manner. I stood aside so others could check out, one lady in particular was trying to purchase wine. I believe the cashier was underage so she needed the manager to scan it. So this lady also had to wait for Keisha to come to the front. Mind you there are five people in the line. The cashier excused herself because she was not feeling well Keisha yelled at her saying she was still on the register, (& right after that the young lady passed out in the back of the store) while there was a line full of customers Keisha was talking to another cashier saying she was going to send the young lady home, that was not professional to say in front of customers. I let Keisha know I had been waiting for her to come up front for a while, she got an instant attitude & saying she was in the back. I let her know it was very unprofessional to argue with me (a customer) in front of other customers in the store. I also believe Keisha could benifit from a good customer service course. Needless to say I never got my receipt because she just walked off without saying anything, so I left the store. Poor customer service from a MANAGER ?

I understand we are in a pandemic and staffing issues are rampant. I'm totally sympathetic to that. But this pharmacy never seems to have the prescriptions my doctors send them on file for me; if they DO have them, they're frequently out of stock; I have received several half filled prescriptions with no explanation; and it's at least an hour wait to speak to a pharmacy staff member or pick-up meds through the drive through or in-store. I've gone days without meds I've needed several times due to all these issues, and after ten plus years I'm switching.
