I typically have a good experience in person/waiting in the car for the pharmacy but I was on the phone for the first time 30 minutes when someone answered and immediately hung up so I called again and the same thing happened.

This pharmacy is screwed up! Went to pickup my prescription and they had not applied my TriCare for Life insurance benefit because they said I wasn’t in their system. That wrong because I’ve filled several one time prescriptions there before. The pharmacist then redid the billing and said TriCare denied the payment because I supposedly had other insurance. The only other insurance I have is Medicare without the pharmacy option. Never in 30 years of pharmacy experience have I encountered this problem before. Incompetent staff and they wouldn’t transfer the prescription to another non- Walgreens pharmacy. Now I have to contact the doctor’s office and have them redo the prescription.

I came here after a horrible experience at the Healthcare Express on Douglas and 15th, because my usual pharmacy was closed since I spent two hours there. I was really upset and wasn't sure if they would take my insurance. They were polite and expedient. The pharmacist personally showed me to the cough drops I needed, because I wanted to make sure I got the right ones.

The store staff are always friendly and ready to help. Pharmacist is always happy to answer questions. The pharmacy techs are also very friendly. This pharmacy is quite busy, the techs do their best to be quick. You never see anyone go slow, they're always hustling which I appreciate.

Stopped here to pick up a birthday and wedding card. I was greeted when I came thru the door which is always nice. Store was nice and clean. Made my way to the gift cards and as I was looking one of the employees asked if they could help me find anything. I was good but it was nice they asked. Found what I needed and headed to the check out. The same employee told me thanks. The cashier said I had some store points so I used those up. Everyone was very nice.

Tried talking to SUMMER “the pharmacist” she claims to be. Told her I was in fear and ask her multiple questions about medication that I am currently taking. I get my medication from Walgreens. I tried to explain to her how I felt and because I cursed she hung the phone up. She should not be in any healthcare profession in my opinion she is a danger to our community and I really will not stop until this is posted on everything. I could’ve lost my life because she decided to hang the phone up.

The staff is always friendly. It's clean. If I can't find something someone is always willing to help. Walgreens has always been a bit pricey but other than that everything is easy to find & everyone working there is so nice.

This place advertises that they have shots for children but do not. It's just a trick to get you in the door to buy other crap while you waiti for 45 minutes with your kids. Of course you'll end up buying junk to keep your kids happy. I had another appointment that I cancelled just to get my kids shots. I got other things I have to get done than scheduling multiple appointments that mean nothing. Unfortunately, This is some kind of trick by upper management that don't care i their site is accurate because it makes them money. Waste of my time.

I am 80, need a flu shot. Don't know how to do computers. No help from anyone there. They told me to go elsewhere because they only give shots by appt. They would not make me an appt. I have always gotten my shots there.

Poor service for the pharmacy. They immediately answer and put you on hold without saying anything and they never pick up from there. The lack of customer service before and after a 10+ minute wait to speak to pharmacy staff doesn't inspire confidence in their ability to perform any of their duties.

Called Pharmacy asking for Home Covid Test 30 minutes before they closed. They said to go to the Drive Up Window. I got there at 8:45, got the tests, no problem at all. Am waiting for results right now. It is now 9:12pm. I love my Walgreens!

30+ cars in drive through due to "shortage" so there is no in store pick up for an RX. UNACCEPTABLE.

lobby to pharmacy closed due to staffing shortage. took 45 minutes in drive thru. maybe pay employees better and work with peoples hours and wouldn't have staffing issues
