Applied and got approved same day for move in...very understandable about my living conditions and listened to everything I had to say.. I have an aunt that lives here so I knew it couldn't be as bad as everyone is saying .. apartment was clean freshly painted and cozy looking.denontaye and her co worker are very nice and willing to work with you if you recommend 200 of your rent ??

If I could I would rate this place as a negative one. Since me and my husband have moved here it has been countless times of complaining on neighbors with loud noise all hours of the night and opening our door and windows to trash being thrown out of windows. Just recently an apartment next door to us got broken into and a extension cord coming out of the apartment window to the people that broke into the apartment. This is not a good place to live for $700-800 a month. For that price you can rent a house

The property manager is great at her job and you can tell that she takes it seriously. Maintenance is ON POINT. This place gave me a chance when no one else would. Highly recommend.

I have lived here 3 yrs. This set of mgrs have been amazing. They really get to know you and your family to accommodate your needs. Fun family events and unique opportunities to win $ off your rent, drawings for paying early, decoration awards ect.

So far so good. Great 2nd Chance property. I had already knew how the area and surrounding area is due to me having a family member that lives in here. The manager Tiona and Deontaye made this a quick and easy move in for my family and I.

I actually give them a big 0 stars. The management is the absolute worst! I've lived here 2 1/2 yrs and there has been a high rate of management turnover; and this round of management has been the worst so far! They overcharge for starters, the bugs are horrible and if you don't want your children being shot, then I wouldn't move here! There are guns being shot off quite frequently! SMH The management is on some kind of power trip! This particular manager, I can only assume, embezzled around $400 of my CCP assistance. DO NOT MOVE HERE! IT'S THE MOST GETTO APTS YOU WILL FIND esp for the premium rent they are charging!

I haven’t dealt much with the apartment manager but the assistant apartment manager is amazing! She’s honestly made our bad situation so much better. Within 5 minutes of walking in, she was already giving us the run down and showing us the model apartment. This place has really cleaned up from the rumors I’ve heard in the past. I would highly recommend this place to anybody that is looking to move quickly and without all the hassle of outrageous fees!
