“Staff were prompt and friendly waiting in line and didn't take long maybe about 10-15 in waiting for service. And the pet had surgery and shots and then I was told to come back in a few hours and then I can get my pet.”
“They have been nothing but helpful and kind and informative and funny!!!! The prices are amazing and they were able to squeeze in my cat when he had a uti and wasn’t eating or drinking as well as coming up with a plan for me to take care of the (soon to be formerly) outdoor kittens in my area. “We found this animal medical center off a list when we adopted a puppy from the OKC Animal Shelter. My wife and have found the service as good or better than other service providers we've taken our dogs to in eastern Oklahoma County. The staff are friendly and have handled our puppy with care. We will be taking our other dogs here when they need medical attention. I'd recommend this animal medical center.”
“Needed dog food and nexgard for the pup. I ordered the food on Monday to pick up today. They always gave it ready and if they have a coupon they use it on my purchase. I much appreciate tht as every little bit helps. Seems the food and medicine keep going up. This is definitely the place to take your animals. Dr Olivier is outstanding and takes time to explain everything. Today they had a basket of home grown tomatoes from their garden they were sharing.”

Dr. Robinson attention to detail and even little things like how he explained how he treated our puppy and how he came to his diagnosis was the most reassuring and comforting thing in a very scary uncomfortable situation.This isn’t the closest Banfield to us, but will forever be where we take our pups from now on.”
“They are amazing here, they give very reasonable rates and help me set my dog max on a weight loss journey, he seems to be doing much much better since his visit and has definitely lost a couple pounds. He loves his new weight loss food and they helped with many of his other issues aswell, I couldn't think of a better place to bring your pets.”

“Dr Fruitt is one of the kindest vets I've ever known. She cares about her client's pets just as if they were her own. Don't get me wrong, she will tell it like it is if you have some improvements needed as a "pawrent" (ie your pet needs a better diet or more exercise), but it is always given in a kind and caring manner. You can trust Dr Fruitt completely with your fur family.”
