Customer service was okay but the guy lied to me about the “overnight shipping” I told him I leave out in three days and he said I would receive my phone by then. Which was wrong.. now I have go out my way to try again.

At the moment we are not as happy as we have been in the past. Our Motorola phones are acting up(2 of them). Internet and mobile data are intermediate at best. Texts are not going thru and phone calls go right to voice mail. The last software update messed everything up.

I love the phone service, but if they overcharge you and you don't want it held for the next month, it takes an act of congress to get it put back on your debit card. I can't afford it to be held for the next month on ser income. That extra pays another bill. But otherwise they are great.

I came in to get a new phone for my father-in. 6 employees only two are working. Line is getting bigger. That is why I go to best buy to renew but beat buy now doesn’t open til 11 on a Saturday.

Racist manager Joe called the police on me because I wouldn't move my car from in store pickup parking spot. Yes tried to get me arrested for parking in a parking spot.
