The woman with dark hair was zero help. She saw me holding my 1yr old and I needed to do amazon return, she pointed me to the self help kiosk clearly seeing I only have one free hand and offered no assistance or instruction at all. I struggled to get my return in the bag provided to the extent that another customer stepped in and helped bc the woman behind the counter didn't want to do her job. I'll take my amazon returns elsewhere from now on.

I was given all the I formation on charges and options for canceling. It really felt like I was in controll of the transaction and not rushed, even though they were busy.

It was my first time visiting this particular UPS store. It will also be the last after my experience here today. The employees were unhelpful and rude.
I had a package sent here for pickup. It was delivered a few days before my visit. When I showed up an employee told me it wasn't there and to check back later. I told her it was delivered two days ago and was signed by an employee. I even showed her the tracking number and proof of delivery. She shrugged her shoulders and told me to go back to the end of the line because her coworker was the one who signed for it. She seemed totally aloof and did not seem to care about her job.
So I did. I witnessed the other employee being cheerful and helpful to the people in front of me. She was chatting it up with them, smiling, being nice, etc. As soon as it was my turn, that friendliness went away and she was cold and curt towards me.
I also work in customer service and am also an educator. I understand that some people may give the same energy back to another person, but this was not the case. I always meet people where they are and lead with kindness and respect no matter what. This was not extended to me. I hope this isn't the case, but I felt that she was treating me differently because of the color of my skin. She eventually found my package. As soon as she was done helping me, her demeanor and attitude changed in a positive way towards the customer behind me. It left me wondering why she treated me differently from the other customers.
I don't understand why people choose to work in customer service if they dislike it so much. After reading the other reviews for this store, it's very apparent that this store needs a lot of work in that area.

I was up this morning. I had a very important package that I needed to get mailed but after reading Reviews, I believe I'm gonna to Fedex. I'm from out-of-state and usually use UPS, but after reading the Midwest City reviews, I don't wanna go into the store.
I don't want anybody being rude to me. Or have to call corporate early in the morning. So I believe I'm going to go with FedEx. Very disappointed.

Depending on who's working the desk this place can be somewhat helpful or not helpful at all and downright rude. I've never heard of someone's email going down but it happens at this location routinely. And apparently the email outage also is connected to their printer which often doesn't work for the customer either. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to FedEx office for your labels because UPS store does not like to do it for you. If this UPS store was half as helpful as the FedEx store across the street this would be a great place. I wish Amazon when used FedEx office instead of UPS stores.

Extremely rude older women waited on several other people and when she ask who needs help I raised my hand and stated I'm ready. She hatefully said you will have to move those down here to my station. I took the three parts and shipped them Fed-X next day to Miami.

Issue with the previous customer...go ahead and take it out on me, the next customer in line. Yes, talking to the very rude, abrupt, snappish, curt, impolite older woman today, using someone else's employee login info. My last experience there was awesome! That is why I came back today, for great customer service at THE UPS Store. It was a mistake.

I was doing an amazon return. I always show them a picture of the barcode from amazon and they scan it and i leave. Today I was told to email the barcode to them and they would print it and charge me 2.18. If I would have brought a printed copy they said they would have taken that. But they still have to print a sticky label. Makes no sense
