This spot here seems to only care about upselling. It takes multiple no’s before they may listen. They will even try to get you to take credit out to pay for the “suggestions”.
I won’t be returning. I will tell others to not come here. I will tell my experience to others.
I was walking the lot to look for another car as well. I won’t be making the purchase here. Keep your vehicles. I’ll go where I’m treated better.

Started Calling Post Oak when my windshield looked like this, their reservation line kept saying they had to get a message back to service advisors because they couldn't schedule the fix since it's through the advantage program and my call would be returned asap called on a sat and Monday and now it's Tuesday and the crack has spread. Finally get ahold of an advisor today Tuesday and now they can't fix it because it's spread. Just amazing how that worked out in their favor!

Waited nearly 5 hours for a simple alignment with no warranty and they didn't even do it right. Avoid this dump.

They have done nothing but screw me over.
They told me my front rotors were "too rusty to turn" and tried to charge me over $500 to get them replaced.
1. I can buy a set online for less than $200 and change them myself.
2. I could see my reflection in them. They were just warped which is what I told them. I went and got them turned for free somewhere else.
In April I bought 2 new tires from them and specifically said I wanted my back passenger tire replaced because it had a screw in it and I had plugged it. They told me everything was good to go. They said they moved the front tires to the back, and put the new tires on the front. The next day my tire light is on again. I do some investigating and the same tire is in the same place and I could pick at the plug I put in the tire. When I got back to this dealership the man told me "let me see if I can have them patch it up for you". I told him "I don't really want it patched, that's why I bought two new tires". I will give it to them that they replaced the tire free of charge.
It is now May. I get home. Go to get something out if my back seat. That tire I had to fight them with, had a bubble on the side meaning the inner wall of the tire gave out. I called and the woman at the front desk told me to go ahead and come up there to get it replaced. I get up there with my tire and I was immediately met with attitude because I simply stated the tire put on my car was faulty. It is a road hazard to have that tire on my car and if I continue to drive on it my tire will explode. The man told me "ok we will take care of it for you". 5 minutes later they tell me they are done, I get my tire back, and all they had done was air it up. It was the same tire with the giant bubble still on the side. They were going to let me drive on that tire. So now because they gave me a faulty tire I have to go spend more of my money and time on it.
This place and these people have wasted countless hours of my time and money. I have driven back and forth from that place because of all the issues.
Not to mention they sold me a car with broken back windows. They don't roll down and they refuse to fix them.

We are enjoying the car we purchased from here, but there have been a few surprises. The payments started earlier than the deal worked out before signing, as well as the salesman telling us that there are a few providers that are compatible for the cars data plan that Google Fi he thought was one of them. At&t is the only provider for this service. And our music service isn't compatible either. The thing is all three of us that were there remember these things the exact same way. O well, too late now right......

I was in a bad spot my engine just died in my other vehicle, I went in there that day and it was 2 sales people who helped us out ... Jamal and Will they was awesome, went out there way to make sure I was good in the best car for the best price ...Thank u again I really do appreciate you....

Come to this location with at least 3 hours to spare even if it is for a simple oil change. Including myself, every single guest had to wait 3+ hours just to get their car back. They will overbook folks and will easily take lot of time. Appointment doesn’t mean anything to this business location. Every single other review about waiting for long time is very true. This is my first time and my last time in this location for service.

Service managers have been very helpful in resolving the very few issues I have had. I would recommend Post Oak and Toyota to anyone.
