Firstly, I am not one to go out of my way for these type of things. However, last weekend, I had an absolutely amazing experience at target! I was waiting at the fitting room for my daughter, and it was quite chaotic at this time (LOTS of clothes on the table) + about 3 employees getting things under control. One of them a man named Bryton, had seemed like the manager or lead presuming. Executed a thorough personality and tone of voice like a true leader, he laughed with his coworkers and maintained a busy fitting room professionally! Nevertheless, this young man has a bright future in managerial duties! Also, shoutout to Julie in the self checkout AMAZING PERSON!!

Decided to stop by after church and this location is huge. It's very clean and the coffee aroma doesn't overwhelm me when I walk through the doors. Yah! The associates cleaned each checkout immediately after a customer leaves. I appreciate the dedication to keeping the station sanitized. I can find pretty much everything I want here. I do expect that I will pay a little more than other large retailers but to have the ease and enjoyable shopping experience it's completely worth it.

I will come back to this target. It just looks so nice when you walk in, everything's neat and clean it's inviting, and the cashier that checked me out was very sweet helpful; she told me about items that I might consider,off of what I was checking out with on this visit. I definitely recommend coming to target!

I came in her looking for a coat and voila! I found a great winter puffy jacket at a great price ($25). The biggest problem was picking a color! I ended up choosing a shiny gold color. Target saved me because I was heading to the country a cold fall day (BRRRRR!)

Walked in the store and there was an employee cleaning the carts that is always a plus in my opinion. As I walking through the newly remodeled store I passed 5 employees and I made eye contact with each and everyone of them and only 1 of those employees spoke to me and asked me did I need any help. And I walked around the entire store because I needed something in every department. I want to recognize Jacob for being the only employee to speak and help me with finding the main item I came to Target for. I usually don't shop at Target but they had these particular mask that I wanted so I decided to pick up everything else that I needed. As I was passing the electronic department on my way to sporting goods I did see someone walking through and I did hear him ask someone did they need help. Also my cashier did come and get me out of a longer line to expedite my check. She was really nice.and polite I forgot to get her name. I'll be sure to take my $200 somewhere else.

I love this target location because it's always clean and the stock is always up to date via the websites. The customer service is pretty good and the lines are always easy to get through. I definitely recommend this target location!

I am super basic when it comes to being a mom who loves Target. I spend a LOT of time at Target either shopping or killing time. That being said, this is one of my favorite Target's in OKC. First of all, the parking lot always appears very full, but I almost always get an amazing spot. I know this is more due to chance than it is directly due to Target, but it is still a definite bonus. This location also always has everything in stock and up to date. I can always find the size of clothing I need, or the type of ice cream I love. The employees are super friendly and eager to help. Seriously, this Target just seems to do everything right. The only reason I docked a star was because SOMETIMES they don't have enough lanes open in the checkout. But, the lines usually move really fast anyway, so it isn't a super huge deal.

Drove all the way from Nichols Hills because this store showed and item in stock. We get here and they don't have it even though it shows in stick. Ridiculous!

Looooove Target to begin with. I can spend hours just roaming the aisles of this Target. It's not the biggest target I've been to but it serves its purpose. The bathrooms could be cleaned a little better though. If the Walmart on Sooner has cleaner bathrooms than you do there's a problem.

My last few trips to Target haven't been as expected. A young girl has checked me out twice and both times was very rude, even walked away without giving me my bags. Another woman hounds me about the Target red card and I avoid her line and the last person who checked me out was offended that I wouldn't sign up for the target red card. I understand that it's target's promotion, but after they were hacked there is no way I'm giving them or anyone else my bank account information. Sorry. Stop hounding me and just offer it and when I respond with "no thank you" just drop it. The store is losing business with pushy, rude cashiers because I now dread going to target.

I love this place, the hardship with electronic coupons & the cartwheels are frustrating at best. I am all about hiring all types of people. However if you expect them to all function the same or learn alike, the problem begins. Our cashiers computer locked up on the payment portion and he was an elderly gentlemen but troubleshooting was not his strong point. A blonde employee came over and was telling him he didn't know how to work it, just push the button total twice. He pushed it over and over showing the fault was on the machine. She rolled her eyes and left, never to return or assist again. Not another associate helped our cashier for 17 minutes. We had a line 4 deep with two cashiers in the customer service area and two others checking. It was painful to watch our cashier look around for any help grasping at anyone around for eye contact. I bypassed the cartwheel when it wasn't recognized twice and that whole endeavor may have caused a system blip. He finally got assisted by a high schooler who was checking behind us. She restarted and hit a bunch of keys & pulled us back to her lane to take care of our wait. Two stars for assistance from coworkers who care and get things done. One more for having a snack bar to calm my minions who were losing their game faces quick. In the end I bought bras and underwear specifically with my cartwheel that wasn't able to be applied. It kinda bummed me out but technology is unpredictable at times. All I can say is I hope for better next time.
