Finally had a chance to use the bakery and it was really wonderful. The cake was delicious and the service was good.They have great prices and you can order on short notice without a problem. They took care of our needs and went a little extra than expected!

Ordered new washer dryer and connection kit from Sam's Club over a month ago. I was called a week later, it's in and delivery was set. Next call, only one item is in, will call back and reschedule when second item is delivered. Week later, still no call. We called around trying to get a number for the warehouse. Sam's Club was no help in the situation. Finally, received a callback, everything was rescheduled. Oops, sorry we made a mistake. Yes, you were told that delivery and hook up as well as stacking ( with your kit) and removal of all appliances would be included in the price you paid. So, I have a new washer and dryer, sitting in the middle of my living room. Was delivered, but, no one would touch the gas line. Okay, been around 6 weeks and I'm still looking for anyone to finish the lousy job Sam's Club started. Still upset but thanks for letting me get it off my chest.

Have been railroaded in to using this Sam's for years because of its vicinity to work. Customer service apart from the Bakery is nonexistent. Connie, a manager even, was absolutely unhelpful and uncaring. You can tell that the employees are not cognizant that there are paying customers who might have questions and deserve to be treated with care.

While driving cross country, we stopped at every Sam's that had a gas station on our route. This was very impressive as to cleanliness of the area, knowledgeable techie, etc.

I'm new to Sam's club, and for me Sam's club is okay. The big question is.... Is it worth the yearly fee? Well that all depends. If you live pretty close to Sam's club, I would say sure. The gas is certainly cheaper, and if you have a big family or business, then Sam's is certainly something to consider. Go in and take a look around. Now there are a few negative aspects that I wish were better. There are many items that aren't any better priced then what you'd get at your local Walmart or grocery store. For example, laundry soap, meat, clothes, and electronics. These item are pretty much the same as in any other store. Every now and then you'll catch a real good deal on one of those item, but that can be said with most any other store too. I'd like to see Sam's Club figure out a way to give these certain items a much cheaper competitive price as compared to other stores. The items you'll save big on at Sam's club is with "most" dry goods, but beyond that its 50/50.

Love shopping at Sam's! Hate that I have to pay a high membership fee! During Covid this is where we shopped. They keep it clean and are organized. Some of other locations are even better than this Midwest City location. Samples have started back now! So today we got a little cup of cashews which were Everything Seasoned. Yes, because of the sample, I bought one to take on vacation. Lol, I'm eating them as I write this review. I knew I should of bought two! It does make you sad when you try something and like it but when you go back can't find anymore. I really think it's half the fun shopping there because items are changing alot. We buy alot of premade frozen meals. I was upset today, they didn't have Fair Corn Dogs! Now on to clothes, great selection, most of the time. Of course we all know we may have to return an item or two. They are always nice and easy to deal with, hassle free. Now to food court. The best meat lovers pizza. We sometime order one cooked to take home. Cant beat the price! Just order when you go in , then shop. Drinks cheap and good, along with hot dogs. I know a few that go to just eat their lunch there. Great idea but sometimes parking is a pain. Love the drive through loading area. Hours are different, since don't open to public until 10 ! I bet workers love it. Oh, almost forgot, great place to get tires or car Batteries!

Do NOT under any circumstances use their free delivery and install that comes with appliances. Sam's club uses an unethical 3rd party who is irresponsible and sloppy and dangerous. Damaged personal property, missing parts and incomplete work and Sam's is supposedly not responsible and you have to contact the 3rd party. Unacceptable! The 3rd party will not return calls or follow up after they realize they messed up. Sam's response is to contact the manufacturer. Unbelievable. I'd rather pay a little more and not have damaged personal property and a brand new washer and dryer that works!

Needed to pick up some supplies and out in the area by Tinker Air Force Base. I hate to go on weekend but wanted to look at some jewelry while out. I love that you can pick up an assortment of items in one run..i.e food, clothes, yard or patio items, kitchen, jewelry or furniture. As I thought its pretty crowded for a saturday so I got what I needed and left quickly. I actually saw a piece of jewelry I might get for my 25th wedding anniversary. I don't need it, but what the heck, it's 25 years, a gurl has to go with silver as a gift choice, right? The only problem you can't take anything out of the case unless you are going to by it. Well, I'm not buying it unless I can take it out the case and look at it. Maybe next time. I appreciate the customer friendly attendant despite the rules set forth by the store due to covid 19. I'll be back...I always go back to Sam's. The Edmond location is my go to store. Oh yeah, I picked up a apple pie...it's so good...really sooooo good!!!

Right now nothing because the Members Mark bottled water use to be $2.96 but during this time when people are suffering they priced it up to $3.96. that's price gouging and that is so wrong; why when people have lost their jobs?

I often go to this location to stock up on meat for my freezer. For this particular purpose, this Sam's Club is my go-to choice due to their huge selection of fresh meats. I've never had an issue with finding meat that has a long expiration date. The three star rating is simply due to the customer service. More than once I have been treated rudely by staff or even flat out ignored. Additionally, there are usually only 2 lanes open even though there are tons of customers who need to check out. I will continue going to this Sam's Club simply because it is close to my house and has what I need. However, I dread the long lines.

Ok it's time to give this review. The review that this location deserves! I have been coming here way before Costco has even opened and still the customer service here is horrible... I have had issues with one of the door guys being very disrespectful I'm guessing I'm not the only complaint bcuz he now no longer is at door service. Today we realized we forgot our cards ( came right from gym with license and 2 cards ) So end up at service desk and a wait of 15 mins my husband says can someone else help me she says NO! My husband then says how about a manager she then decides to just ignore his request. I am standing near registers off to side waiting as we are getting a temp card . Some kid ( worker) comes over and says so you need help I say no my husband is getting a temp explain what happened he dropped what he was doing to go over and help my husband Thank you to the one person So now we are getting in line I see at one register she is just finishing up with customer I jump behind start getting heavy stuff on belt and a manager says she's closed ! She says no I'm not he then whispered something and "yells to me yeah she don't need a break "! Well sir maybe you should of told the employee she was going on break and closing her line down. I love the workers and the environment at Costco so from this point on Costco it is !
