He did a good job. I met Spenser at a McAlisters Deli nearby my house in OKC. He replaced my iPhone 5S screen while I ate. Took him about 30 minutes. Screen works fine, no issues. Very reasonably priced and he responded quickly.

BE AFRAID..VERY AFRAID. THEY ARE SCAMMERS, and FRAUDULENTLY TRYING TO GET YOUR ELECTRONICS TO SELL! I found them on Thumbtack, they responded VERY QUICK, (because they want to steal your goods). Because I thought Thumbtack was reputable and would only allow reputable repair people. I took the bait. I had an emergency job with the need for data retrieval, which they PROMISED they could do no problem, and get it to me in a couple of days before COURT. They led me on saying they were working hard to get the lost video. Then they started making excuses why they couldn't, and said they were DONE. I was then threatened by the man who calls himself Spencer, when I said I was coming to get it. He had been trying to get to my house, my networking, and even asked if I would give him my laptop, and that I could give him another laptop to fix. Desperately needing my electronics, after some time I went back to the SHADY looking "home" where they supposedly run their business. There were excuses after excuses they didn't know where they put my electronic, etc. This is a very small home. I offered to help them look. Continued to call to check to see if they "Found it". NO AVAIL. THEN THE HOT HEAD SCARY PART came out. He even mentioned others had called the police to retrieve their Computers/ Electronics. They have this FRAUD TO GET YOUR GOODS DOWN TO A T, telling police, they made GOOD EFFORT TO GET YOUR GOODS BACK, (after they threaten you and want YOUR ADDRESS to "MAIL IT", but REFUSE TO LET YOU PICK UP YOUR GOODS WHERE YOU DROP IT OFF. THIS IS TO TRY TO CONVINCE THE POLICE IT IS NOT CRIMINAL. IT IS CRIMINAL, IT IS THEFT BY FRAUD AND DECEPTION. THEY SHOULD BE LOCKED UP IN PRISON. NOT ONLY HAVE I LOST MY VALUABLE TIME WHICH I NEEDED THIS INFORMATION RETRIEVED, I HAVE NOW LOST ALL MY CONTACTS, PHOTOS, EVERYTHING!! THEY ARE AWFUL CRIMINALS! UNTIL THEY ARE LOCKED UP DON"T EVEN CONSIDER UNLESS YOU NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR GOODS AGAIN!!
