First I would like to say that I was overall pleased with my experience with Rent-A-Center here in MidWest City. I believe the gentlemans name was Kelly. Kelly was very nice and polite, and even delivered my TV, since I had no way of picking it up myself. He greeted me and my wife with a big smile when he arrived with our TV. I will recommend this Rent-A-Center to all of my friends...

The guys at my rent a center store are amazing. Couldn't ask for better customer service. I own my own company and the customer service. These guys display are far better than my own employees.

Love this Rent-A-Center. Josh is the guy. Every time I go in there he gets me taken care of, along with the rest of the staff. They are all respectful and professional.

Worst customer service ever they were not willing to work with us whatsoever when we missed payments DUE TO COVID! After they gave us a BROKEN dresser that was not functional in the slightest. Wanted me to leave my home open for over 12 hours because I had work and they wanted to pick it up couldn’t wait four more days for a paycheck to come in. Buddys on the other hand was willing to work with us 10/10 BUDDYS is the place to go. Rent a center is the full of low life scum bags!

I've been with this specific location renting to own for 5 years. Management has changed multiple times but only to become better business people for the people. They are good people and grounded now. Give them a chance and be kind to these people. #Best Rent-A-Center in OKC-they care about You and Your rentals.

Worst customer service ever! Do not go there if you want help with your items and want them back! Plus, if you want to transfer to another store, they will trash you and your reputation! BEWARE of Perry the store manager! He will make you look bad and lie to save himself! Go see HEATHER at the Del City store, she will take GREAT care of you!!!

Heather deserves a raise!! She's the only person in that store that helped me find exactly what I needed. Everyone else told me the product I was looking for wasn't to be found. Then! When the delivery guys came they told me it probably would fit... so I took my doors off. Then I was informed that I needed a vent (no one told me I needed a vent and that would've been nice to know so I wouldn't have to install it myself) Then!! The cord that is on the washer and dryer is not long enough so I have to get that and I'm not being reimbursed. Ridiculous. 5 stars for heather 1.5 for rent a center

HORRIBLE!!!!! DONT GO HERE!!! FIRST THEY DIDNT DELIVER MY BEDRROM SET BECAUSE MY BED WAS BROKE THAN THEY REFUSED TO DELIVER THE FRUNUTURE THEY AGREED TO DELIVER LIED AND PRETENDED THEY WERE DELIVERING MY ITEMS AND CHARGED MY CARD THAN AFTERWARDS SAID IM NOT APPROVED FOR WHAT I ORDEREDAFTER I ADDED THE ADDITIONAL PERSON TO MY ACCOUNT SO I DID. THEY STILL DIDNT GIVE ME WHAT I ORFERED AND ONLY GAVE ME WHAT

The salespeople ignore you and the store is dirty and cluttered.
