The doctors are nice but some of the nurses are a big pain in my ass. I was about 5 to 10 minutes late because of traffic and they saw me trying to pick my pet up but they held him anyway for what the nasty recptionist/nurse lady said was "security" reasons; more like to secure 100 extra dollars that I had to take out of my children's allowance for chores. She even told me to my face they saw me, what the hell man or they'd keep my pet!? Do not have any issues on the day of pickup or you too shall feel the burn of the 100 dollar 5 minute mistake.

They have been nothing but helpful and kind and informative and funny!!!! The prices are amazing and they were able to squeeze in my cat when he had a uti and wasn’t eating or drinking as well as coming up with a plan for me to take care of the (soon to be formerly) outdoor kittens in my area. I haven’t been this satisfied with a veterinary experience in ages.

They are the most caring and thoughtful people I have ever run across. They helped so much when I had to lay my Frankie to rest. They made a really hard experience more bearable. Thank you to Doctor and his staff.

First time Visit, thought they were the best. I recommend them to who ever needs a vet for their fur babies. They went above and beyond with my kitties. Answered all my question and then some.

The staff here is always kind, always understanding. The doctors are knowledgeable, and every time I've brought a pet here, they've done everything they can to help.
Dr. Hunholz is very forthright, he doesn't sugarcoat things. He tells you exactly what the problems are, and how best to treat them if they can be treated, without mincing words. I really appreciate a vet who speaks to me like an adult who can understand the things he says.
The other doctor, Dr. Cobb, is a fantastic surgeon. When my old lady cat went in for cyst removal surgery, the doc got her fixed up in no time.
