It has been nearly a year at this point with zero communication. My husband and I have called and emailed. I’m very disappointed as we had an excellent first appointment.

We had such a great experience and are so grateful we found them here on Yelp! We love to support a family business that has contributed to the community for decades, especially one that seems to be built on integrity. We worked with Oxana and she was kind, intelligent and confident in tax law. We left in about an hour with smiles on our faces (even though we didn't get a refund). Thanks!

They dont have a set fee so they charge people different amount instead of a set price the way they responded shows alot about their feelings

Never made it past the mean old receptionist --who has to be family-- or there's no way she'd have a job. She's not helpful, rude, and condescending. If that's the "face" of your business...no thank you.

Horrible. Went there to file taxes and sat down with a guy named Sean, he looked at my paperwork I had for like 1 second then started listing off the top of his head like 100 different documents he will need in order to do any work with me. So I figured yeah whatever maybe so, and went ahead and spent the next two days running all around Oklahoma to get everything. Once I had done all of the tasks he had asked me I went back and he sat me down with some foreign chic because he was about to take in another client,(I would've gladly waited). Anyways we sit down with this lady that couldn't even hardly understand and I give her all of the paperwork that Sean had requested. This is how it went down..

Sean is AMAZING!! We met him like 4 years ago when we lived in Edmond, Ok. We're now back in MO but he has still been doing our taxes. We will NOT go to ANYONE else but him!! He knows his stuff inside and out. We trust him every year to do our taxes and help us with, and gain knowledge of our taxes year after year. We THANK YOU Sean & the rest of Reed's Tax for always going the extra mile to help every individual from start to the finish! Being honest & explaining all of it to us! It's so reassuring. We don't have to fret when it's tax time. We just send to Sean and he gets the job done!!!! I would recommend this company to ANYONE!! You will not be disappointed!!! ✅
