This place needs to have some type of adult oversight.
Went in and paid for the $78 VIP treatment. As soon as we walked in the girl at the front desk didnt speak or greet us. I should’ve left then.
Dropped the car off and I noticed everyone was walking around there like they were stuffed and were moving around like zombies!
Picked the car up and only the outside looked cleaned! They didn’t clean any of the inside at all!
Save your money and hire a crackhead or go to the south side of Oklahoma City where people actually work!
Very unprofessional! Will try to call my credit card company.

I've come to this location many, many times and am always pleased with the results. However, today, July 20th I was greeted by the 2 rudest young ladies that I've ever seen. And when I ask one a question, it definitely felt like I was inconveniencing her, I hate to leave this review. But I felt that the owners would want to know.
Again end results are ALWAYS GREAT!

I only give a one star so I could leave my review. This place is not good I have been here several times and each time I have to have them redo the entire truck. The vacuuming is never complete and the windows are always smeared. I keep thinking it will change and it never does. It's not worth $10.00 let alone $40.00 this will be my last visit here

First time going. I told the young girl exactly what I wanted (after extensively looking over their website and the different services they offer). She kept shaking her head "no" and pointed to some of the services above us, which was only half of what was on the website. So I asked if thd website was incorrect and she said told me I was probably looking at another website. So I pulled up their website on my phone and showed her. She still shook her head no and told me what they could do. I was so irritated that I agreed. If we didn't ask questions, we wouldn't have known anything like how long it would take, etc.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Air freshener was supposed to be included, but all I could smell when I got back in was "weed". The exterior was the only thing that looked nice. A first and last for us.

The Air Depot location in MWC has the rudest, most unprofessional store manager I have ever encountered. She had “attitude” the second she came to speak with me. Not only was she rude to me about a $120 detail, she is also mean & unprofessional to employees.
I watched her literally jerk a towel from the employee’s hand that was detailing my car, then she started screaming at him in front of other coworkers.
This store manager is out of control.
I have no clue about the detail job on my car as I am still waiting, but I I will not return to this location due to the ticking time bomb they call “store manager!”
I truly feel sorry for the employees at this location!
EDIT: 5 Stars for the detailing of my car. Employees did an excellent job!!

Used to rave about Red Carpet, but past few times the detail is severely lacking. Each time paid for the VIP service, close to $80, just to have areas of the dash not even wiped off, or smears throughout from a wet rag etc. And this hasn't been isolated to location and as I have used the one on Air Depot and by Penn Square Mall. Disappointing.

Price online shows interior cleaning starts at $120. Called to see if I needed an appointment. Was told that internet price isn't accurate and it starts at $250. I understand prices going up right now but not double. Don't false advertise online and then get rude when I don't know the correct pricing because yall can't update your website. Get it together. Will never go here again.
