No refund with or without a receipt, so you better not make a mistake picking your items, if the items haven’t been opened and the seal haven’t been broken you should be able to get a refund on with your receipt. BUT NOT IN THIS STORE

Hands down the best place to get all of your hair care products for your children adults and for seniors they've been there since I've been a teen and I've been going to them for about 10 years now. Always quick friendly.
