Worst complex I've ever lived in. The office staff is unprofessional and rude. They hate visitors and will ask why your family is coming to see you. Also not enough parking ?

If you want to have a decent apartment but deal with hateful attitudes, disrespect woman I'm the front office and things breaking down all the time with management not caring then this is the place to be. Other wise STAY FAR AWAY!!! If your AC breaks down you WILL be told that AC is a luxury!!! Also, we are in direct path of Tinker AFB so you will hear the planes and jets fly over ALL the time and it IS LOUD. I have absolutely NOTHING good to say about this place. I'm just waiting to get married and finally leave here.***added this notation 9/11/2023***To the manager who left a reply. Thank you for responding on here. Actually I sent you a very long email and a voice mail for you to get in touch with me. In the email that was sent you will see that the emergency maintenance line was called...with NO RESPONSE. I have added a few videos of the water issue that I had for you to see. This is the 4th or 5th flooding I have had in my apartment since I have lived here. The ONLY way I was able to reach someone was to speak to Charity who lives on site. Yes, a maintenance person finally showed up after I received a VERY RUDE phone call from Cindee the office "manager" who wanted to yell at me and threaten me that she would "find me somewhere else to live", but that's a whole different story. I love living here. We have been here for over 2 years and haven’t had any real issues. The maintenance guys are the best and get things done in a timely manner, while the ladies in the front office (Cindy and Charity) might seem abrasive at first, but are good people and get things done around the property — I also enjoy chatting with them when I drop off the rent. The area I live in is quiet (aside from the planes, of course), my neighbors are nice, and the property is clean. No complaints.

Apartment manager is rude. She starting to border on the lines of harassment. Watching my Apartment to see who is coming in and out. She trying to dictate who I can have over my house. I didn't move over here to be constantly harassed when I don't do anything but go to work and cone home

Fwi if you have any conversation with the ladies in the office make sure you are recording. They are pathological liars. If you have any complaints they come at you like it’s an inconvenience to them and your a burden. They will come at your visitors with “I’m the authority are you lost” I got rid of my dog because it was “too big” but see the office lady run around with her pit bull that definitely outweighs the dog I had to rehome. What’s crazy is moving in I thought the google reviews were just disgruntled nothing is never good enough people, but now that I’m gone I’m glad I don’t have to look over my shoulder anymore

I liked living here………………………….. until 2 years later they were very disrespectful to us they would be mocking us. Nd they would be rude to other members in the apartment. They would harass us when swimming in that nasty pool. She would be rude to my sister everyday while smoking her cancer sticks. Also they’re pools are dirty their ac never works and the apartments are bussed up. They even tried to fight a member in their apartments. But the other peoples that work there are cool. But so as them girls in that office are a low life dirty living in their own apartments people I HOPE YOU READ THIS GET A REAL JOB!

Cyndee Davis is the worst manager/representative, she had threatened me over the phone to come up to the apartment complex to fight! I was simply trying to gather information for a 1st time renter. Her attitude is beyond trash! She threatened to call the cops & left a vm ( harrasing me) I wouldn't recommend renting at the Parkview Apartments whenever a manager will verbally threaten you over small detail info & become aggressive when upon speaking about a future rental. Check elsewhere. She's racist.

I gotta give a shout out to my girls Cyndee and Charity here at Parkview they are the greatest, I've only been here for 9 months and these 2 ladies have worked with me on my rent to keep me from getting evicted, and im very impressed with these ladies.. ya'll are the best!!! The maintenance guys are awesome, they respond timely and do their job efficiently.. keep up the good work ladies and gents!!!

I used to like living here…. Until I became their next victim. Every time I turn around and ask them a question related to their job duties, they act like it’s an inconvenience for them to answer it. They’ve been rude to me, rude to my friends, and make snide, unnecessary comments like folks in this complex don’t know their business. The mgr always has an attitude and claims she’s always busy…. But you manage a property and the issues I have are apart if your job duties to answer. I could put their business in the street since everybody knows it all because rather than actually talk professionally in the office when people come in, they are always talking about personal drama. Oh, and they can’t keep an assistant. They’ve gone through 4 since I’ve been here 2.5yrs. Cindy’s mouth will get her into trouble one day. Maintenance people are cool and even they don’t like the front office staff. Beware if you move here. Waiting for my lease to end…

Been living here close to 3 years, the maintenance guys are always cool and get to stuff in a timely manner and get it fixed right. The neighbors around here are all nice and pretty chill. The ladies in the office are always helpful and the manager will work with you. They are good people. Pretty good place to live!

The apartments are adorable and I used to love living here, but sadly the owners have devalued the property by allowing it to become a Smoker’s Paradise. They do not have a smoke-free addendum (which every other modern apartment complex has), and they do nothing about the smoke that permeates into neighbors’ units. If you don’t enjoy smelling and tasting your neighbors chain smoking indoors all day and watching your kids cough and wheeze from the fumes, don’t live here.

At first you think it is a good apartment but after staying for a few years you'll realize that this apartment is one of the worst. Read your contact carefully, it's just my 2 cents. When I check out, my room is much better than when I receive it. However, I still lost all of my deposit and they asked me to pay $30 more for cleaning, painting ...etc... whatever reasons they come up. Don't waste your time, find another better apartment.

These apartments are the absolute worse ! Cindy the manager is the worst unprofessional un caring person I’ve met in a long time ! I’ve lived here for 3 years and always had problems with maintenance black mold and so much more and it always took them forever to even come look at it or even address the problem the maintenance leaves without finishing the job because it’s 5 and they will tell u they are going home and leaving the laundry Matt never works or is always out of order I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Did not enjoy living here. They gave us the worst 1 bedroom on the property I'm sure. I was pregnant and tried to take a bath only for a bunch of orange and rust to come through instead of just clear water. The laundromat had homeless people hanging out in it. Felt bad for them but also uneasy on my own property trying to do laundry. Very depressing no light apartment. If you do move here get the bigger ones that are townhomes. Those are decent. They did us dirty even charging us for a shower rod at the end of our lease even though it was the same nasty one they had in the first place.
