The guy is a good sale. He finds out the on the specific sale item: draining oil pan: 4 Gallon pan, that the store doesn’t have but can locate an availability at another store nearby. Unfortunately that O’Reilly store didn’t check its inventory, also didn’t have it. I drove to the other store for nothing.

Overall it was a good experience they just weren't consistent with having the parts in the right locations had to change them three times
