Bought a car from them 10 years ago , sadly had to send the car back after a on the job injury and couldn't afford payments. 10 years later still shows I'm making payments on my credit report. A repo would have dropped by know . Very screwed up place.

I Just can't Comprehend why everyone I speak to is rude Here. It's very unprofessional and Customer Service Matters. I'm sure this kind of review falls on deaf ears at Joe Cooper. However It's Very unnecessary!
