This store doesn’t like to warranty any part that is purchased. This is the only store you will have a problem at. You have to keep the receipt also because they have an old system. But again regardless of having a receipt and having a faulty part you literally just put on the car and verified by a mechanic they will not warranty out parts. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a problem over the years at this location. I will stop going to this store and just drive to another location and get better service. Also, if you do have a faulty part just take it to a different location to get it exchanged you won’t have an issue at any other store.

I came to get a new battery and I received excellent service. A man working there helped me pick the right battery for my car and replaced it for me free of charge. While I waited they offered me tea and coffee in the breakroom. I only had to wait about 15 minutes before my car was ready to roll. I appreciated the hospitality ? and I was very pleased with the service I received.

My Carlyle tool broke while at work, so I came here to use warranty. But they refused to replace the "lifetime warranty" tool. They blamed me for breaking the tool. Never apologized for the quality of the tool, and store clerk kept saying that it was my fault. I'm a mechanic. I know how to use tools.I know its not their fault that the tool broke down, but that customer service was terrible. They just denied my career.I will never go here, or buy Carlyle tools again.Customer service at any NAPA store in OKC is terrible. This store was the only place with good customer service and I liked, until today.
