I ordered auto detailing service by phone, I drive to their work place and told them again I am going to do auto detailing but actually they gave my car oil changed and charge me $67.14. When I told them they made mistakes they insisted that I did not make myself clear. I never to do any business with them again. Never!bThey reply was not truth, I never talked any female in this workshop. I said to their stuff that, I’m going to sale this car and take some beautiful pictures, so I need auto detailing. I never say oil change because I had done that recently.that will be beneath your dignity trying smooth over a fault by tell a lie.

If I could give this place 100 stars, I swear I would!!! From the moment I contacted Jim with MWC Auto, it has been nothing short of AMAZING! I hate car shopping. I mean HATE IT, but Jim made my purchase super easy and I am just so grateful that he is someone I can now call a friend. I got the vehicle that I have wanted for forever and there was no run around! He made sure the car had no issues and drove smoothly. Im so happy with my purchase and I recommend any and everyone to definitely come shop for your next vehicle with the amazing staff here at MWC Auto!!!

Outstanding work and they strive to be the best or in a league wit the best, I got my AC unit put in my car here and they did a excellent job and they have great customer service ( the receptionist Sabrina was great and helpful). A gem in Midwest City! Excellent knowledge and capability from the vehicle repair folks at Midwest City Auto. I was impressed from the moment I met Andrew and his team - they worked to solve a very challenging diesel exhaust fluid tank / pump issue my BMW 535d was having...and they did the repair for 1/6 of the dealer quotes. While in the middle of a cross country trek in late 2019, my brakes went out while visiting good friends in Midwest City. The friend I was staying with was an auto mechanic, employed by MWC to help maintain all the city vehicles, i.e. -police cars, trucks, snow plows, etc. but didn’t have a full blown shop at his personal disposal. He recommended I go to Midwest City Auto.In addition to repairing my brakes, they also discovered I had a problem involving both CV axles, as well as leaks in my oil pan seal and both valve cover gaskets. Being from out of town, I asked the owner if he could call my mechanic buddy and explain the issues to him. Not only did he do that, Andrew also texted him pictures to show exactly what he was talking about. My friend agreed that the prognosis was quite valid and the work necessary. The work was quickly completed and the cost mirrored the estimate I was given.I later continued my journey to California, then, a couple weeks later, made the return trip back to Ohio, all without further incident. It’s been over two years now, and the car is still running great. Haven’t had a problem since then.I found the people at Midwest City Auto to be very friendly, most helpful, knowledgeable and quite accommodating. I recommend them highly!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Took my 2012 Traverse to be put on diagnostics. Well that didn’t happen. Was told my motor was locked up. Well had it towed home. Replaced the starter rely fuse. It started so the motor isn’t locked up. Have no ideal what the new mechanic did to my motor. It’s never sounded like this. Will probably never know now. Dealership may be great . Repairs not so much. And yes I’m very upset. Reply to your comment sir. I stated I didn’t know what was done while my vehicle was at your shop. You told me you couldn’t put it on Diagnostics . I did not say you damaged my vehicle. I stated I didn’t know. I even told you your communication sucked. And it does. None of this matters now. You treated me and my husband like stupid people. And yes we replaced some items. Not every is mechanically stupid. I brought to you to save my husband time. All I managed to do is cause more stress. Refuse to support a business that treats their clients like we were. Waited a whole week to hear from you. Was trying to be patient. Dropped off on Wednesday evening. Waited until the following Tuesday before tried to contact you. Couldn’t contact you until late Wednesday and no one else up there knew anything ? it over now. At a place who talks to the owners first. And talked to very respectful. Even told us it was good that we replaced everything we did. So have a Merry Christmas.

This place is amazing!!! I came here hoping to be able to find a cheep car. But they were able to get me in to a very nice car that was actually affordable! Jim was incredible and helped me through the whole process!! Would definitely recommend that location to purchase a car!
