My husband and I recently switched from another bank to MidFirst and I cannot recommend them enough! The bank itself is very clean and inviting. They have really great programs to help you grow your money through their Boost Checking and Smart Save savings account. Their staff is absolutely AMAZING. We've been working with Jessica and she's a real angel. She was so kind and friendly when we opened our accounts and has helped us through several hiccups with transferring everything to MidFirst. I had an issue with my mortgage company accidently withdrawing my mortgage twice for March and it put my account in the negative. I had noticed late in the evening after bank hours and tried to fix this issue with my mortgage company, but was told things could not be fixed for 7-10 business days. I was panicking and not quite sure to do with my other bills and planned on calling the bank when it first opened--I got a call from Jessica herself before regular business hours asking if I had looked at my account and that something was not right. She fixed the problem for me in under 5 minutes (when I spent over an hour with the mortgage company for little help the night before!). I cannot recommend MidFirst enough. I will be a costumer for life! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

$8 to cash a check that is from that bank, if you don't have an account with them. It's their check how is there a charge? Obviously a greedier bank than most. I do not trust them and will never open an account here.

We had Midfirst Bank for years; but recently moved and started going to this branch. Their staff is okay; not the friendliest compared to the branch that I used to go to. However, Jessica (banker?) is always very courteous in taking care of their customers. She certainly make the banking experience much more pleasant, so much, that I'm considering switching my business account to Midfirst Bank too.

The staff at this Midwest City location has always been amazing to me. The drive thru and tellers inside are always friendly and helpful. The lady who works in the office next to the tellers is kinda cold, never smiles, and short but the rest of the staff is really great all the time I have been with them. The location is clean and taken care of as well.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. I went in to cash my check and was told I’m not able to because I don’t have that amount in my account?? What does my balance have to do with the money I’m Trying to deposit into THAT account? The woman “helping” me just argued and kept interrupting me saying she cant “because” “because”

DO NOT DO ANY DEPOSITS WITH THEM!!! Due to an error on their end I am now stranded with a negative account on Easter Weekend. I deposited cash early on Good Friday and all of a sudden it’s not in my account as of Saturday at 3pm, get this though according to the call supervisor it’s my fault because I didn’t call 2 hours earlier and there is nothing they can do until Monday. After 10 years as my only bank, this place is a dumpster fire and I will be changing banks first thing Monday morning.

I cashed a settlement check at the branch on Midwest Blvd in Midwest City about 2 weeks ago. I realized a week ago that one of the hundred dollar bills is missing part of it. I have called , customer service has called and it was okayed to come and get a replacement bill that I could actually spend. Let me also point out that it has been made very clear that there is over 50% of the bill and can see and read the serial number clearly. Well when I get to the branch everything has changed and they won't exchange the bill. The teller and asst. even told Tiffany the manager that it was only a tiny piece I brought in amd had no serial number and not any of the face of Franklin was there. That was a 100% lie. And to their manager at that. I spoke with Tiffany yesterday. She even looked back on the camera to verify that I did cash a check there. It was for $10,000. And she even found out that the teller did not count it back to me. Maybe if she would have we would have caught the partial 100 dollar bill. I told Tiffany that the bill is over half there. It has all of Franklin, clear serial number and even has the blue/purple security strip. She went to go look at a 100 bill and came back and told me that yes I could come in and they would exchange it. Unfortunately Tiffany had to leave but told me that she would let her assistant Jessica know I would be coming . When I get to the bank Jessica is adamantly telling me no. She will not exchange it. When I asked her to measure it to see it is over 50% she refused, even though she had a fifty dollar bill in her hand to compare it with. She also told me that the tellers don't have to count the money back to a customer after cashing a check for them. It's obvious to me now that Jessica is the one making up lies to the manager about my earlier visit to exchange the 100 bill. I wish you could go back and watch and listen to the way she treated me. Even stomping. She made me cry. And was never sympathetic or apologetic.

I can't believe the way an assistant named Jessica can keep a job and get away with being so rude to the customers. I avoid her at all costs. I don't go to the bank even when I have business to take care of because of her.

I have never dealt with a bank that is not there to help you and this is the WORST bank I have used. They take your money and they do not do what they have agreed to do even when they have told you.I’m switching banks after giving them more than enough chances over the last couple of years. I’m so disappointed. They LITERALLY DO NOT CARE!! They are only there to support themselves.

When I say worst bank I mean clearly the most awful experience I have ever had. US VETERAN had direct deposit in to account, they closed my account and turn my card off cause I was negative at an unassociated bank after I opened the account. Now the have my VA money locked up and I can’t get it. I tried to switch my routing number and account number with the VA but it was too late because they did it on the 24th of the month and I get paid on the first.Tiffany is on a power trip, she thinks she owns that bank and of course her supervisor wasn’t in. Doesn’t know how to work with customers. Always uses excuse why something was done. They tried to call and apologize and make more excuses why it happened. With me being a business customer as well I was opening a new personal account. My business account had $3000 in it at the time the decided to close my account. Just watch out if your negative at another bank this is what will happen.
