1. The store was closed in a middle of daytime, the note on the door on a green sticker was saying, she walk out for 5 me minutes, while the customer before me, said, she waited here for 25 minutes.2. When I get back the agent, she didn't respond what her name was, Hispanic rude girl, I very suggesting to fire that girl that not working, but very arrogant and rude person, December 28, 2023, her shift was.

People really need to be nicer to these young ladies. I spent 3 hours one day and 2 hrs the next day but they got me the phone that I needed. I broke my pbone at work and needed a new one they couldn't tranfer my old number but I eventually got a new number. They were really nice and patient with me. I have always had a great experience with this store keep up the great work!

Today i went to your store. The Agent went inside didn't lock the door behind her I went in after .she stated i am not yet open i haven't even clocked in yet. I left out return when it was time for her to open. I stated to her it was rude the way you talked to me. She kept being rude.I stated let me pay my bill so i can leave. I told her as i was leaving i hope her day get better. I will not return to this location.

Horrible women that work in these stores at Reno in Midwest Guadalupe is very lazy and very very mean S.E 29th Sunnylane, they are so full of negative and hateful energy,.. customer satisfaction is not guaranteed as the company moto....they are very mean and don't want to work with you when you have factory defect on your new phone I've been waiting three weeks for a new phone to arrive and the store at Reno in Midwest the little girl has not called me yet and I'm still dealing with a brand new phone with a factory defect, Guadalupe still hasn't called me to pick up my new phone! it doesn't matter how kind you are to them.. and the girl that Southeast 29th said some real racist stuff to me while I was on the phone with customer service and all I did was walk in the store with a big smile,, such hateful women in these stores.

I have been a loyal customer for seven years. I have had auto pay for five years with zero issues until this month. I got a text saying their was an issue with my payment. I called customer service and they said the system was down and I would have to do it online. I tried to do it online every day for four days. Then you cut my phone off. I went to this store to discuss the issue. The two Hispanic girls did not make eye contact with me. They said this has been a known issue for two weeks. They did not apologize or empathize with me. I told them I would not pay the five dollar service fee since this is a metro problem. They ignored me and did not speak. I looked around at all the other customers and said "are you guys ignoring me now?" The other customer looked at me and I looked back at the agents who was not making eye contact. One of them said " are you talking to me?" I said I was talking to the both of them because they was both talking to me. The girl said "I am helping these other people" lady, you was just talking to me and here you are talking to me again. This had to be the worst customer service I have ever had from metro. These girls need to be wrote up. I can tell you the time and date of my visit and encounter with them. Guadalupe and Evelyn at mero pcs on air depot and reno 1:19 pm on 7/28/23.

Can definitely tell the difference between an independently owned store and a corporate owned store. Staff really does not care about customers and borders on being a little rude at times.

The day after I bought the revvel 4, I noticed it was having issues unlocking it. Get it unlocked then it would black out and lock back up and take a few more seconds to unlock it again. It constantly freezes up and closes out of what you're doing.I'm a busy person, I brought this phone back wanting a refund. (with the case it was a little over 130 for me.) It was day 13, I gave it a chance to live up to expectations. This Metro pcs refused to refund the money so I could purchase a better device. They started out saying they only did returns up to 7 days after purchase. I showed them the website that clearly states I have 14 days. They then told me they do not EVER refund upgrades. They were extremely rude and did not help me in any way. She immediately had an attitude about it and was very confrontational.I'm still stuck with this phone and about to eat the cost of it to buy another. Good luck all.
