This place needs a modernization for 2024 and beyond. Great selection but I get anxiety over being "upsold" at the cash register every time. I understand it's a business model but it's sooo old.

Nice deals. I didn't find what I was looking for. However, the store was clean, and the atmosphere was nice. One of the associates seemed bothered that I asked her a question and was wrong about her answer. I still had a pleasant experience. I hope the associate has a better day.

If I could give zero stars I would….this is the second time in 1 month span, 2 items was missed priced and the sales associates took the red sales sticker off and stated “that’s not the right price”… and wanted me to pay full price… the manager didn’t care… poor customer service… don’t waste your time nor money here…

My first time going, and maybe it was the timing (dec 23rd) but store was mostly empty, product wise. I always thought Marshalls was a high end department store like Macy's or Mervins, but evidently it's a closeout and bargain store like Burlington, Ollie's, or big lots. It was fine, and at least the store itself was clean.

Marshalls is the kind of store that you can find elegant and beautiful clothes, shoes, purses, home decor, etc. at very affordable prices. The sales and clearance items, double and triple your savings. They even carry designer brands, which is always a plus.
