Very frustrated this year. The lady that normally works with me keeps calling off. Came to Midwest City and there's one person. She's working on one person's taxes before me and then gets a call from a coworker and stops working on the client to go over the coworkers taxes like we are less than. We are customers, the coworker can wait and do it on your own time.

Shelbey and the team in Midwest City (Air Depot) were attentive to my questions and made me feel confident that my return would be given the professional attention it needed. They were polite on all my calls and adjusted to meet my schedule. I am very pleased with my dealings with JH and the team here in Midwest City.

Screwing up people's taxes and then threatening to call the IRS on them when the victim confronts you and shows yall how YALL jacked up their taxes! Real professional criminals! BBB will be called again and the state of Oklahoma! I just finished a call with the IRS themselves!I recommend ANYONE else except this place!

Very fast and convenient. The fees are pretty high but it was worth it. Noelle was so nice and helpful and she knew exactly what she was doing. I look forward to having her help me in the future!
