I have used this service department for many years and have always received good service at a reasonable cost. Richard Burrows has been my service representative for years and I couldn't be happier with job he has done. He has always treated my like a valued customer.

Long story shortened… staff insisted on checking out my tire pressure & fixing it, while I was there for another issue (had ONE not working).Amp replacement quoted around $1200 over phone. Lots of pressure to do it there, though I said my bro do it cheap.When I got my car back, none of my tire sensors were working. Left bad review & manager called & said all 4 were out and I’d need to replace at their cost of $100/pc.Got my amp replaced at local shop for $300. Got my sensors replaced at Walmart for $26/pc. Will never be back. They broke my sensors to make some $. They have went downhill & are greedy like the rest. Sad.

Their service department is great. The auto repair dept is great. A young man named Lael, was kind enough to fix my flat tire. He was very nice and knowledgeable.

Got my car back and the inside of the drivers side door had grease on it that I had to clean off. They also forgot to put the glove box back together correctly after checking the air filter!. I was driving and it just popped open and the door fell on my moms knees. I looked inside and they did not put the cover back up and its hanging and I can see the wires. .. the actual door is not matching up either. I live 30 minutes away and it is a big hassel now that I have to drive back again because they did not do their job correctly

Everything was good throughout the whole purchase. Tracy took care of my questions and was very knowledgeable sales person, not pushy & was willing to preorder a 2024 with all the options I wanted.Finance department was good considering I paid cash for the truck, so there was not much they could do.

I really enjoyed the engagement and conversations with the employees at Confidence from the manager to the sales representatives. I know we are in an unprecedented time in which delays on in transit vehicles is happening and I waited approximately 3 months for GM to ship the truck from the factory to the dealership. This was out of the dealership's control, but they kept me updated weekly if not more and prioritized getting the truck ready for me once it was received. The pricing, given the options for the truck, was great and very competitive to big city dealers in the region and enjoyed the experience and feedback this dealership had to offer. I generally am not a fan of dealership engagement when looking/buying a truck as most tend to be pushy, don't listen to what I am truly looking for, and are just trying to flip vehicles. This was definitely not this case at Confidence. They were professional, listened to my needs/wants, and were a pleasure to engage and work with. I can tell they are about building relationships for the future/ family environment and having repeat business. I would recommend them to family and friends who are in the market for a newer vehicle. The experience was relatively simple and enjoyable. I truly appreciated their help given this was my first new vehicle purchase. Would recommend!To note, during my search I talked with 20+ dealerships in OK, TX, AR and MO and they had the best price and best communication/engagement. Had the exact vehicle I was looking for without making any sacrifices (outside of just being patient to get it delivered) and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

My advisor got me in for service fast and prompt. It took about an hour for an oil change tire rotation. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful and took great care of me at checkout.They were very knowledgeable about redeeming my points and my coupon. Thank You.

The only helpful person was my finance guy.That’s the only reason for the second star- he was awesome and very helpful.His supervisor came in and wanted to be condescending. I know basic math, I don’t need someone to explain that to me.The man who sold me the car kept trying to sound like he was cutting me a deal by giving me a “discount” on the things that were already on and came with the car. Then he couldn't get me out fast enough because he was trying to sell a car to another customer. I had questions about my car and in that moment told me to look over the manual. He tried to call me the next day and left message about coming back to go over things.Could have been a better experience in my opinion.

Initially, communication was slow, primarily between Confidence and GM. One sales representative (name withheld) was not responsive to phone calls and/or text messages. When reassigned to Ruben, we did get updates upon request and the car finally arrived. Upon the car's arrival at Confidence, he (Ruben) did provide up to date status and had the paperwork ready upon our arrival. The vehicle was ready and clean when he said it would be. He also addressed any concerns with management of which all was properly addressed. In the end, the vehicle was exactly what we wanted.Again, the main flaw in the process was in our opinion was communication between Confidence and GM and the fact that it took GM a while to "pick up" the vehicle based on what we were told. Once the vehicle was assigned back to Ruben, I thinks progress was improved.

Listen up! This dealership has always been the same for decades. They are not worthy of your trust and your business. Dishonest people to say the least. If you choose to take it to them, you lose. Take it to Sooner Auto Repair by N Air Depot. You will be better off since you'll be talking to honest folks. Best wishes...

After taking my truck in for several routine services and a check engine light $2547.88 when I finally left with the truck 3 week later the check engine light was still on. The solution was spend $1800 more and they might get it taken care of this time. I asked for a refund of the check engine light labor of $604.80 and to sell me the parts at cost since I never left the dealership with the light off. They fired a very loyal GM customer over $604.80 and the profit they would have made on $487.99 worth of parts. Not to mention they were other quality control issues going on at this dealership!

Transaction was entirely completed over the phone. All staff members I conversed with were professional and offered continuing followup to ensure all my expectations were met. They arraigned delivery to my out of state address and pickup of my trade. I would readily buy another vehicle from this dealer.
