Confidence has always provided excellent service on my 2019 Silverado, but recently they went above and beyond! My truck was making a weird noise, so i took it in, they found the noise maker in just a few minutes, a simple plastic hook that had fallen down unto the drive shaft. My appreciation to them continues to grow.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and 27 point inspection. When done, noticed that tires were not rotated; was told tread was xxx and they normally don't rotate if tread xxx or less. I requested it to be rotated anyway, and they took my car to perform the rotation. Got my car back a bit later and drove to work, where I noticed they still had not rotated the tires !! That pissed me off, being that the main reason of my trip was to have my tires rotated. No one reviewed the result of the inspection with me! In the old days Hudiburg has a nice inspection sheet filled with details of the inspection.

The salesman Charles Stanton had a great attitude, very friendly and helpful
Also, Thomas in the finance department made me feel comfortable and was helpful
Although I was disappointed because the truck I was looking for was in inventory, but when I went back to make the purchase, they didn’t have anything suitable for me to buy in that price range instead, I had to go up to a higher package truck and for that reason I didn’t give you a five star

In addition to the pretty unfortunate situation that unfolded, every step of this service has addressed me by the wrong name. Even though I've been here for service a dozen times, the first work order had the wrong "Sheila" customer named (maybe prior owner, they re-printed one for me), then I get a text saying "Hi Josh, I'm here for you during your visit". Later on, I get an email "Dear Brandon, how did we do on your service?" I am not Brandon, Josh, or Sheila. For a dealership named Confidence, this is sort of ironic.
What I thought was routine service at 100k (timing belt replacement and oil change) ended in disaster. I'm told the oil drain plug was cross-threaded by "someone else" and so I needed a replacement oil pan. They told me it was some quick-lube place's fault from 18 months ago. No idea how I could prove that. Screw me for getting my oil changed without a 90-minute drive to the dealer. So after a thousand dollars for something they broke and I didn't plan for I could no longer afford to get the timing belt done at all. So my car is worse of than before I brought it to the dealer. Which fine I guess, a family recommended shop will do the timing belt for half this dealer's estimate anyway. Just sucks I had to spend a grand I didn't plan on spending.
