So thankful for their extra effort!!!! Original 4/5/23-> took 5 days to be in then was another day delayed. Then I get a okay to come do my pickup and they didn’t have it? On a truck on the dock possibly. But in my opinion don’t say it’s ready until you’ve scanned it in. Granted it’s not50 miles away but we DID make an unnecessary 25 min trip one way ….UPDATED THEY MADE IT RIGHT!!!”

“Not a big box store shopper but needed some 4x4 white ceramic tile for a DIY coaster project. They had the best price around at .11 cents each. Just picked up a case of 100 which makes it easier to handle. Was having a hard time finding them and I asked for some help. It took us a few minutes to locate them but finally. Then it's self checkout which I don't care for but there was a nice young lady there to greet me and tell me if I needed any help just holler. All went good and she thanked me for coming. Over all good experience.”

She was incredibly knowledgeable about her work and spend a lot of time comparing lawnmowers without pushing us a certain way. Heaven at the register was very soft spoken and understanding when we rang up the wrong items. She made us laugh while working with us after we became frustrated. She was very well trained with working with long lines and had very strong customer service.”
