I recently moved to this area and I’ve always love coming to this Goodwill. However today’s experience was was not that case. My daughter going through holiday clothes and came across a shirt that was too big for the hanger and ended up falling off of it. When she went to hang it back up she seen what she thought was a tick but she wasn’t sure so in fear it was a bed bug she just dropped it. Long story short she found me and showed me and yes it was a bed bug. We reported it and the main lady rolled her eyes. My daughter repeats what I said and we walk away: later about 15 mins I’m walking back over to that same area and guess what is hanging back up? Yesss that shirt with that bug still crawling around. I’ll be calling Monday morning to complain about that lady. I didn’t get her name but I’ll find out who she is for sure. Hopefully the lady that rolled her eyes gets fired. She don’t deserve to work there. She didnt even care. That makes me think she was the one that brought them there. Not good Goodwill she making y’all look really bad. I won’t be going back any time soon to shop there but I’ll be complaining about her for sure. This location is on Reno in Midwest city. Right across the street from the closed down mall. Today is Saturday September 2nd 2023

Went yesterday very disappointed...3 small cardboard yard stakes, their price $3.99, still had the dollar tree price sticker on them($1.00). If they are going to put the screws on you they could take the old sticker price off! They are getting to expensive since all of their stuff is donated!!! I have 2 bags of things that I don't use anymore, they will be going to Salvation Army!!!!!

Somethings are actually cheaper at Walmart or dollar tree and family dollar ad well as dollar general and their stuff is new ...prices have gone up so much at all goodwills
