I will 100% recommend this place to others. They did an excellent job fixing my car after I got rear ended and did it very quickly. I was initially told my car would be finished in 2 and a half weeks but was finished in 1 and a half. They did extra work on my interior that was not needed but they added out of the kindness of their hearts! They were polite and very helpful with any questions I had. Awesome place!

I will never take a car to be repaired there again, I have been fighting with that workshop for 10 months and they only hinder me, I took my truck to be repaired 10 months ago and they still haven't finished their work and they put parts that they wanted and that are not even the same to those that my truck had and they lost parts that they have not yet been able to get and apart from that when my truck was in the workshop they stained it with another paint and my truck looked very bad. I do not recommend this workshop to anyone 100% NOT RECOMMENDED and that's how they got paid
$10,000 dollars this and stealing is the same.

Very impressed! Took my vehicle to the Air Depot location for repairs. First time filing an insurance claim. These guys made it less stressful and were very professional. Kyle and Erica were great! Highly recommend.

I had the best experience with everyone I interacted with at Davis. Every couple of days they updated me on my repairs. It was completed a day earlier than expected my car looks great. Especially thankful for Makayla who went out of her way for me. ???

Too anxious to total. 2013 Honda Accord with damage to the back driver's side passenger door. A few pictures were taken an estimate was given via a program and we were told that the car would probably be totalled. Car finally put on lift to check for underlying damage and told more damage found. Totalled. This car has under 50000 miles on it. It will be taken to Copart, sold off at auction, and fixed. Someone is going to get a nice car for a steal. I DO NOT, WILL NOT, AND COULD NOT recommend this place to any person I would call a friend. Come to think of it, I wouldn't recommend to an enemy either. When it was McConnell's it was ALWAYS packed. Now I see why there isn't much business going on over there. Avoid and take your money and business any where, but to this place. This is supposedly a USAA preferred shop. If this is an example of a preferred shop it is time for new insurance as well. Again, flush your money down the toilet before going here. Your money will have been better used going down a real drain.

update talked to manager hoping to get this resolved!!!!!I Took my Jeep in to the location at 119 s portland and was not expecting that it would take long but it took almost 2 months !!! Halfway through they told me that I needed a headlight even though i would think that that would be a part that you can see and have ordered before my scheduled drop off. so it took an extra month I would constantly call and tell them that I am in a rental and could be charged extra the response I would get is to not worry about it since there is a workers strike going on causing a delay on my part and that I should not have anything to worry about since thats the reason and if the ins co or the rental co have anything to say to call davis paint .but now I have 1191.29 reasons to worry !!!! Do not recommend to anyone.. i talked to the manager and he said he would talk to his superiors to see about resolving the issue and that he would contact me back but it has been two weeks and no word even after he apologized about the miscommunication the first time..

I will not be recommending anyone to this place they are deceitful and dishonest on when they say they are fixing your vehicle only if your self pay I have to pay for a rental car another week because they have been working on my truck on the schedule that was set
