Just left this pharmacy and had the most unbelievable encounter with the rudest employee of my life. CVS really need to do customer service training with its employees

My transplant center sent a prescription on 4/16. I got a text that the medication was ordered on 4/16 and check back in 2 days. On 4/18 I get a text message that the medication was ordered and check back in 2 days. I looked at the app and it said ordered on 4/17. I called and the pharmacist said they had some in stock and it would be filled that day or the next at the latest. The next day I still hadn’t heard anything and called late in the afternoon. The gentleman said it was in process and it would be ready perhaps within the hour, at least that evening. Now 9:24 and still not filled. I will pay them a visit tomorrow and if I ever get this medication, will change pharmacies. I’m done! Update: I call this morning, 4/20 and am told they can have it in 1-2 hours. When I express my frustration, a gentlemen tells me that they have been behind which is no excuse for making stuff up. I switched pharmacies. Don’t go here.

The woman checking us out at the drive thru window was very rude. She proceeded to lie insisting that all my children's insurance member ID numbers had been changed and cannot use any of them. However, insurance was processed on 2 children and not the 3rd without changing anything. Even with offering my child's CURRENT insurance card, she said she refused to take it and stated she could not use it. Threw my things into the basket, handed the basket to me and slammed the window. Did not appreciate her attitude.

Rude black guy and the pharmacy. I asked a question and literally yelled at me what kind of customer service is that? It was around 7:28 3-26-24 wearing a red shirt avoid him at all costs he's miserable

I like CVS pharmacy the way serve their customers but it would be nice people in the Drive-Thru that's waiting on their medication to drive around for the next person in line can get their medication that's ready to be picked up that is really the only problem I have with CVS

My rx was called into the brick and morter pharmacy instead of the mail order pharmacy. I had questions because it was being filled differently. Bill, the pharmacist on duty, (12Feb2024) was rude. I didn't even get my question out before he hung up on me. I called back and he immediately hung up on me. I went in to pick up Rx and he was angry and making rude comments about people who called. I asked to have my Rx transferred to Caremark and he said he wouldn't do it. Rude, rude rude. I won't go back for a hangnail.

Never, ever, ever trust this pharmacy. Even the pharm manager cannot remember what he talked with the doc about, and obviously did not take notes. When my new pharm called to verify the prescription they sent, they told them the incorrect info (per my docs records + pmp) If you do use this pharmacy, make them take notes each time, go inside (don't use the app) + keep notes for yourself.This has nothing to do with the store itself.

I have a medicine discount card. Refilled a 90 suppy for $25 for a year. At the year end transferred this med to CVS because no supply at my pharmacy. I was told too early to refill by CVS. New year need a new card. Called with the new card info. CVS inputted the wrong id and the card would not work. Paid $69 for 30 day supply. Questioned the cost and called the card company.. Told to return to CVS so they can fix it. They refunded my money then had to charge me $69 again cause they could not fix what they did and told me my card did not work because of my AGE. Now sitting $138 less in my bank acct waiting on a refund for a $25 medicine. Trying to process this. Was it my age color health or incompentancy by CVs?
