I just tried to open an account for my two children. I had all the necessary documentation in hand and my daughter had $5100 to deposit but they wouldn't do it. They said that I can do it online. Online it says go to your local branch. It is crazy that organizations expect you to do their job for them. That teaches my kids nothing about how to open an account nothing about doing business for themself. They must be missing the fact that the bank I choose for them now will be the bank they use as adults. What they don't know is my daughter has her own business and makes good money. Their loss. I'm taking the kids somewhere else that does business with children (and has customer service).

Would give chase zero super rude and can't help you do anything. Was told to open an account online but they can't explain anything I just have to read the 90 pages and accept it awful!
