I dislike Chase Bank! They make it as difficult as they can to do business with them if you are not their customer. How are they going to charge me $10.00 to cash their customers check? Doesn't seem like good business to me. I will never give Chase my business!

Excellent customer service with friendly staff willing to help their customers with all their needs. The Branch Manager - Jeremy - assisted us with our new account, he was personable through the experience and made the process easy - then he enlisted Tammy to assist with our extenuating circumstances and she went above to ensure we left happy costumers! Thank you for the great banking experience.

This is the slowest, worst organized Chase Bank branch that I have ever encountered. The line is generally out the door, with 1 teller helping everyone.

Went to change my name on my account and the teller Michelle didn't make sure everything was done on her end. Now I have to figure out a different day to go up there. People don't always have time to come into the bank to do this. It would be great if people would slow down and pay attention so we don't have to pay for inconvenience. Very disappointed today.

I just tried to open an account for my two children. I had all the necessary documentation in hand and my daughter had $5100 to deposit but they wouldn't do it. They said that I can do it online. Online it says go to your local branch. It is crazy that organizations expect you to do their job for them. That teaches my kids nothing about how to open an account nothing about doing business for themself. They must be missing the fact that the bank I choose for them now will be the bank they use as adults. What they don't know is my daughter has her own business and makes good money. Their loss. I'm taking the kids somewhere else that does business with children (and has customer service).
