Pumped gas Friday afternoon at this location when I got my credit card receipt it showed $8 plus change more than the pump showed. I did the math with the numbers on the receipt and sure enough it overcharged me $8. I took my receipt inside and told the cashier what had happened and her response was there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak with someone else and she became very rude and told me there was no one there and the gas pumps were not their responsibility and I asked he name Mrs Helen. I asked how the pumps were not their responsibility and then she became confrontational and started telling me I needed to leave. Well I'm not one to get mad but she literally had me cussing, she refused to help in any way ,would not give .me a phone number to call or e en look at the receipt just kept saying the pumps were not her responsibility wouldn't even go look at the proof and put the pump out of order until it could be checked out just started telling me I needed to leave. I've contacted my CC company with a copy of the receipt and they are refunding my account. So if you're getting fuel at Casey's check your receipts or better yet just go to OnCue. I'll never step foot in another one. From reading the rest of the reviews Mrs Helen is losing yall quite a few customers. I was a regular but not anymore.

Thank you to all of the workers at this Casey’s location here on Friday, June 21st at 5:45pm. You ROCK! I greatly appreciate you kind service, listening to my order perfectly, and just taking care of the customer with a positive attitude. My husband and I will ENJOY our pizza tonight and we will be back!!!!

The morning crew is amazing. The girl who has the bridge of her nose pierced and barbed wire tattooed on her hands has an awful attitude (go figure) and terrible customer service. As long as you don't catch her, you're good.

My excitement for this build has been all for nothing. In the few months they've been open, they've hit rock bottom. Never have but 1-2 pieces of pizza (rarely pepperoni) available. When ordering pizza, it's never ready on time. Name brand candy is always out, they'll put small in king size box or king size in small box. Pumps are absurd. Half the time they don't work and no cashier at register to answer calls. Cashiers are hood as they come, foul language and dropping F bombs, talking trash about others while customers are present and waiting in line. Back to 7-11.
