My family and I travel A LOT. We have been to multiple Casey's locations in various cities, and usually have a decent experience. When we need a fuel stop, snack stop, bathroom stop (we don't use store bathrooms without purchasing at least a candy bar or drink), we often favorite Casey's over other stores.
However, this location left much to be desired. We stopped for snacks and a bathroom break during an 1100 mile trip from Tennessee to Texas today. We all headed to the restrooms. My son went into the men's restroom and there was a wet floor sign inside, but the bathroom wasn't closed off, didnt have a closed sign or out of order sign. My husband was watching as the store clerk headed to the restroom with a mop and became visibly angry that someone was in the restroom, throwing up his hands and grumbling. If he didnt want anyone to use it, he should have put up some sort of notification that it wasn't available for use!
After this, we went to get hot food from the deli section of the store, but there was only 2 sandwiches and 3 slices of pizza available for purchase. The racks/shelves were otherwise empty. I will say, what we did get was good. There just wasn't much to choose from.
When we went to check out at the register, the same clerk who had a tantrum over my son using the restroom ended up being the one to ring up our sale. He must have still been holding a grudge because he had an angry look on his face throughout the transaction, didn't speak at all, didn't say thank you or have a good day (which we did say to him). The whole interaction just made us feel unwelcome in Casey's stores. I'm sorry if the clerk was having a bad day, but to cop an attitude because a child used a restroom that is available for customers is absurd. Maybe someone should check on that clerk.

Friendly faces and great food! I'm there almost every morning and sometimes multiple times thru-out day. everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Gas prices are usually the best around. Overall experience gets them an A. Great job to the management team for creating the guest experience everyone deserves.

I can’t say I would trust to get gas here currently, due to the current news articles about people’s card info stolen and bank accounts getting swiped, but this is a great spot for amazon pick up!

One of the only gas stations I’ve been to that has no gas (10/18/23). At all. It would be nice if the owner put up caution tape at the very least to communicate that without having to walk inside.

We stopped here because of the reputation of previous Casey's visits at other locations. Disappointed in the women's bathroom, which was one stall and toilet did not flush. Store seemed disorganized and in need of attention.

Casey's in general is just a trashy store. I have been to multiple locations and the outcome has been the same. Dirty inside and out. Inhospitable staff. Horrible layout. Content out of order fountain drink machine. Lack of verity on drinks seems like the only drink options are mountain dew.They advertise 89 cents medium drinks and freezing drink but sell for a higher price.

I ordered food from this Casey's on Doordash, and there was a slight miscommunication between my dasher and the store--some of the food was delivered but it came in 2 orders--it wasn't a big deal but I have to say Trista was SUPER on it! She made sure I had everything, and was professional and so kind. She went out of her way when she didn't have to and I really respect that. I have to say she knows exactly what it means to give great customer service and follow up! Awesome job Trista and team! ♥

This is the worst Casey’s i’ve ever been to. None of the card readers at any of the pumps at this location work. They will run your card, take your zip and pin number, instruct you to remove your card, and then it will just load. I tried 3 different pumps and called the store and was put on hold before I just bought gas somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

Gas is cheaper than other gas stations this is the number one reason for the five I save 75cents per gallon on premium gasoline as long as they have cheaper gas I will always go to Casey’s

Ordered a pizza from here, the very first one from this location. I absolutely love Casey’s pizza so I didn’t have any doubts. Person who delivered was awesome but found not only one, but two tiny hairs on my pizza. Not a HUGE deal, but also kind of unappetizing. Please encourage your employees to wear the proper clothing when cooking.Overall, pizza still delicious. But probably won’t order from this location again..

I have gotten gas 3 times now and the fuel discount does not work. Also I bought a very expensive salad and when I realized I did not have dressing for it they said they were out and that I could not return the unopened salad. So I have little gas and 0 to eat. The lady that helped me was so high that she could not pay attention to the transaction in the first place. Management is terrible BC she just walked by and ignored me. Terrible experience all around. Guess that's why theirs so many people at oncue..
