Excellent service at this location each time I go. Very friendly and willing to help. They usually have multiple different parts options in stock that day for my vehicle. One of the few places I've found locally that stocks different kinds of hydraulic jack oil without having to order it online.Great recycling location for used motor oil, engine oil filters, and used transmission fluid.

So I got batteries for a buddy this morning. They had them, cool. Easy purchase, cool. So I look at my receipt afterwards and I noticed my military discount wasn’t applied… even though I’m in my uniform while making the purchase. No big deal, I gotta go back to the store and get my core charge refunded anyway. So I’m back at the store an hour later and I’m getting told, NO to getting my Military Discount applied to my purchase made an hour prior. I was told, by the manager:1) You have to ASK for it, it ain’t automatically applied2) It ain’t associated with any particular phone number anymoreSO… I’m out $40 and being told basically, that even though I’m clearly seen as a military member of this community, I’m not treated like one unless I ask for it?Guess what Autozone. I’m done with you. Simple as that. What just happened to me was as unAmerican ?? as all heck. O’Reillys don’t treat me like this. Later .****Update****Today I received a gift card from Autozone for the amount my Military Discount was for. I got a phone call from the regional manager (Charles) and we had a good talk. I appreciate both his and the manager’s (Shannon) efforts to rectify this situation as professionals. I am much more satisfied than I thought I ever would have been. I left it at 4/5 stars bcuz I still feel a certain away about the overall policy, but I will say this: I am still an Autozone customer. Not bcuz they coughed up $$$. It’s bcuz they acted accordingly. They figured it out with the customer. We came to a resolution. They were professionals and I appreciate that. Good on u Charles+Shannon.

Niece came in to buy a battery for her car. Lady waits until the transaction is through to day she's not letting her technicians install it. That would be something to say before you charge them for a battery. Your company provides that service. If your company chooses not to provide a service it should be brought to a person's attention before hand. Poor customer service.

Thank you, Trevor, for your friendliness and advice.I came into AutoZone several times to get my check engine light turned off. He read diagnostics for free, and gave me some good ideas and references to get further diagnostics for free (I.e. make/model specific diagnostics). We didn’t spend any money, but Trevor was willing to help anyway, which makes me inclined to return to this AutoZone for future oil and part purchases.

The girl in this store dose not want to work not helpful at all her partner told her we possibly got the part she is like what u mean possibly them she looked at me and told me sorry we don't have it bad service go work at McDonald's it's easy to serve food

My husband forgot his truck's gas cap at the gas station back in Texas and didn't realize he didn't have it till we got to Oklahoma.The guys at the Autozone tried really hard to locate it and were able to find the last piece they had at the store. For that, I am very grateful, thank you!! Everyone was so polite and helpful. I ended up buying 2 more items I totally forgot I needed for my car. Highly recommend this store! Now we are back on the road ?
