“I just bought a new car from Confidence Chevrolet and they take care of EVERYTHING! From the the sales department to finance and service department. I had an appointment today for an oil change and they finished the inspection and oil change with in an hour. I am extremely pleased with their service. I would recommend them to everybody.”

“I was completely satisfied with the work, customer service and timeline for repairs. A 5 star review was earned until a representative ask me to lie about my experience. While I did need to return the vehicle for a rework due to all the safety features on my vehicle. The customer service and quality of work were top notch. I completely understood the need to return my vehicle and appreciated that they even covered the rental because it had to be returned. But, when making arrangements to exchange the vehicles at my place of employment, the rental car needed a couple gallons of gas to top the tank so it would be returned with a full tank, avoiding the need to pay charges for gas through the rental company. When this was relaid to the representative, he proceeded to tell me if I gave him a 100%, all 10’s and that the vehicle was finished on time and did not need a rework, he would put gas in he tank. I took serious offense to that approach to resolve the issue at hand. While they did cover the cost of gas at the time, I returned the next day when my schedule permitted and gave them more than enough cash to cover the gas purchased and informed the manager of the representative’s proposal.
While I still would not hesitate to recommend their professional services and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if there Services’s are needed. I did not appreciate the representatives attempt at bribery to make himself look good. While he did not earn my respect or business. The company he works for and his managers willingness to go above and beyond for me (his client) did!
** This company was approved and recommended by USAA, my insurance company, this was my first experience dealing with them.

“incredible is the only words i got right now! These guys at abel are just next level when it comes to amazing and i truly mean that! If i typed out how my day went it would be a harry potter book but that was because i brought a car to them that was slapped together by someone unfortunately so some tweaking had to be done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON THERE PART in fact they were the ones that gave me the resource to keep the dream alive today? That extremely talented kickass Russian Andrei not only is next level talent but he himself stayed a little over the time he said he had to leave/closing just to make sure i walked out of that shop smiling from ear to ear and stress free and not making a 3hr drive back to pick it up! If i had the time to write a book i would over this place and the team they have…let’s just wrap this story up by saying these guys will be the only ones touching my cars and the first and last guys i will refer anyone to in a blink of an eye! “Joseph Bunton was amazing we weren’t able to pay over 900 monthly and he never once lost faith in us and helped my fiancé and I get into a car that is perfect for us and our 4 babies!! He made us feel like he knew exactly what we wanted and we only looked at 3 cars and the third car was perfect and exactly what we needed and wanted for a good price!! He definitely doesn’t make you feel bad for not being able to the get the first car or the nicest car. I’m very thankful we came here after we left Seth Wadley and i had really bad experience and they wouldn’t help us or even attempt to help us at all. “I got busy and almost forgot to do this review.
I read some of these bad reviews and don't believe most of them, and, here's why. These folks were highly recommended to me. I took a 3year old Troy built riding lawnmower into Jerry that had not been maintenanced AT ALL in three years. It was slinging belts off, and not mowing right. They replaced the belt, adjusted the mowing deck, changed the filters, changed the oil, properly inflated the tires, and, adjusted the idle. It now runs, drives, and, mows like a brand new one. It was not ridiculously expensive, and, he did NOTHING that he didn't tell me he was going to do when I dropped it off. I will bring it back to him EVERY year now for proper maintenance.
Again, I don't believe most of the bad reviews, because, many people, like myself, put of lawn equipment maintenance like we do going to the doctor.”
