Came by today. I just want to say Terry is freaking AWESOME! He's very helpful and friendly. The other lady, I didn't get her name, needs a lesson in customer service. She just dismisses things when people ask her things and does it like she doesn't even care. I'll probably be going to a different AT&T store from here on out, even though it's further out.

Just walked in, waited to be greeted, nothing. Ok, maybe they're busy. Grabbed a seat to wait on the next available employee. The door open and another customer walks in. The employee at the table right next to me, hops up and meets this woman at the door and start assisting her. I'm a pretty patient person, but that was rude as hell.

I did not have to wait long at all....they got me exactly what i needed without messing my existing plan. On Tuesday January 30th i worked with Debbie and store manager at MWC STORE PERFECT! What customer service should be.

Went in with my girlfriend, and she got tv. She had to scan my credit card for the deposit. Att gave my info to Apple, which charged my account for TV apps that she had. Att never had my permission to give my information to anyone but for her tv service. This was the Manger that did this.

The employee who helped us after a minute, helped with change of payment and because she was so helpful, I purchased a screen saver and case for my phone. Very professional and helpful. I wish every store had someone with her abilities!

This store is always busy because they have a great team, and they are very efficient. When I needed help with set up of the AT&T Active Armor app Kevin was a huge help. His recommendations solved my problems.

I want to give the store a glowing review since my experience switching internet providers has been so smooth, but the truth is, I've only interacted with Kevin. He's incredibly nice, extremely knowledgable, and supremely helpful. He answered all my questions, walked me through the process, and generally got me all the goodies that were available to a new Fiber customer. 10/10, will work with Kevin (And AT&T) again.
