Called to discuss an error in my prescription and I was met with hostility and treated like I'm stupid. Never got to the bottom of the issue no matter how I tried to explain what was wrong. Not to mention every time my prescription is picked up they're rude, disorganized, and slow. I called the main customer service line and they had me squared away in under a minute. Miami Walgreens you need to do better.

I have recently moved to Miami and This pharmacy is by far the worst one I have ever worked with. Their days and hours posted are constantly wrong, and I have called days before a prescription is due to make sure they have it filled when the day comes to pick it up and they tell me "yes, they will have it ready" and every single time I show up to pick it up it wasn't ready and have to wait anywhere from 30 mins to an hour before the have it finished. It has been a terrible experience.

Don't care for the service. We was on the phone for a 20 minutes and in a hangar. Said they're closed pharmacy sucks along with her attitude.

Stopped in Monday while in town for work because i realized I was out of some necessities. The staff were extraordinarily helpful, kind, and patient as I was having a severe case of cerebral flatulence and needed help finding travel-sized toothpaste. Seriously, they’re great. If you have a problem at this store, maybe it’s you.

Walgreens is a terrible pharmacy. I called at 8:40 and stayed on hold for twenty minutes because they refused to answer the phone. We have had nothing but trouble from them too when needing to fill out prescriptions. Definitely making the switch to Osborn’s or Walmart. I do NOT recommend going to Walgreens.

My husband and I sat in the drive thru with one car ahead of us we waited 30 minutes because this woman didn't have her insurance card and he was letting her call and get the group number then make her come in or pull to the side

Not sure why all the low ratings. I don't live in Miami, OK but frequently visit the area and have had multiple experiences with this store. VERY FRIENDLY employees and helpful pharmacy staff. Forgot all my meds on latest trip to NE Oklahoma, and they bent over backwards to help get me supplied. Kudos.

0 star for sure. Never OPEN when they say they are. Sad nobody will actually work anymore. You advertise OPEN until 10pm on Saturday and are closed at 8PM without even a notice on the door as to why! Lazy people here, upper management really needs to consider a new team of people in here for sure. Hate this place.

I wish I could give them a negative review one star is too rewarding. They tried to charge me $120 for a covid test because I don't have insurance. Really sucks when you get sick during a pandemic that's not in your control we didn't ask for this. Screw them for profiting off of our suffering.

If 0 was an option that'd have to be it. Made an appointment the other day had it confirmed this morning, but when I went to the drive through the staff had informed us that our appointments were not appearing in the system. Started to get anxious and questioned her about it because I had to catch a flight the next day. She persisted on telling us that it was not in the system. Eventually got her "manager" or a person that was older than her, that told us that the regular pharmacist was not in and only he could actually check the system personally. If the person who could use the computer wasn't available why would you even open. The older lady informed us about another pharmaceutical place which was actually open. I set an appointment just right after the Walgreens incident and the place actually did everything smoothly in an hour. I wonder what's going on with Walgreens now a days, definitely reccomend checking out actual clinics or medical facilities. If they send you to Walgreens I would hope you good luck.
