Had an appointment today with the service department they had called to cancel my appointment today due to a power outage and said I would receive a call back if services were to continue I had called today checking on this and was told power had been restored and was placed on hold for thirsty minutes calling back to see why I haven't been helped or what the issue was the gentleman that answer said he would go back and talk with the service team and to have them call me that was 2 hours ago beyond frustrated having taking time from my schedules and the lack of consideration of this is beyond frustrating

We bought a brand new truck in June with a few minor issues. Vance promised to fix these. We have continually reached out over two weeks and have received zero calls, texts, or emails. They are quick to sell a vehicle and slow to provide customer service.

We had an appt to look at a truck today that we were told was in great shape only to drive two hours for them to tell us the truck needed $5000 in repairs and tried to get us to look at other trucks. The truck was not even on the lot. We had spoken to them an hour before we arrived and they said nothing was wrong, very manipulating and misleading. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Kevin the salesman was great to work with. You know how it goes with used car salesman! Kevin made feel very comfortable with no high pressure! The dealership did more than what I expected before delivery. They changed out some transmission lines, charged the ac, and put on new tires without being asked to do so. So would I deal with Vance ford again? Definitely! Kevin you rock!

We absolutely LOVE Michael and Khris!!!!!! These two are so amazing, they are the reason we keep coming back. Their customer service is absolutely second to none! We had the pleasure of meeting new team member Juan and he's very eager to help and learn. We know he's in good hands with Michael! He's our lifetime car guy. These 3 are very personable and they create such a fun entertaining environment. We all hate car shopping, but those three make it a lot better! Never a full moment and always treat you like family. We look forward to seeing your growth Juan. Thank you guys again. We have recently found out the Guthrie store has lost our secondary key/fob. I would understand a little more if this hadn't been the second vehicle in a row that this has happened to us there. That is a little frustrating. Our key tag plainly says "key 1 or 2" but last time they never found it.

Bought some parts three months ago brought it back for warranty. James claims we didn’t pay for it and made for us to pay for it again. At the end of the day they rang it up in the wrong account number and washed theirs hands of it. James was unprofessional in every sense of the word. We provided the parts, and the VINs. James and other workers acted put out and they didn’t want to be there. James portrayed the worst customer service I’ve seen in many years. James told my guy that he aight to make him walk home and not give him his parts. They lost our business. Especially after James says we should buy our parts from somewhere else. It’s a shame, you can’t find people that have some integrity anymore. James was an example of that. James and many others hide behind a big cooperate name and collect their check. Small guys are just trying to make a living and they dont own up to their mistakes.

Great customer service in the service department. Traveling in the area from Wisconsin and had a check engine light come on... unfortunately they were not able to fix me up do to parts availability issues but the at least got me in and identified the problem, when other dealers turned me away.

I tried to buy a jeep Monday evening. I live out of town. They wouldn't take electronic check over the phone or wire transfer but John promised he would hold it until I got there Wednesday. Tuesday their finance guy called and got my info and filled out sales form - everything set. Wednesday morning they sent a text reminding my of my VIP appointment at 5:30. Then they sold it to someone else. Hard to imagine what I did wrong other than believe the guy who promised to hold it. I give 2 stars because he was nice enough to call and let me know before I drove all the way there. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. Very hard to to trust them again.
