Worst customer service I have ever experienced they expect you to be smart and do it yourself and tried to do a quick fix then help you they were all about call customer service! I was just there yesterday worst ever! Now I’m stuck with two phones that need fixed when I had one. They would rather hang in the back room then be present, did not take care of my phone but left it there unattended where people can walk in and pick it up!

Austin is awesome! Went to Joplin, Mo Rangeline location they were rude and unhelpful told me just to call customer service. Went to Miami, Ok location and Austin took care of everything. Miami Ok store is always great!! Professional, kind and patient!! Way to go Miami, Ok US Cellular!!

I went back in today, first time in 4 years, after a bad experience.The lady that helped us today was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Made the whole experience pleasant!

The people working here do not want to help you, they are scamming people. They told me to get a new phone I owed 550 dollars. I went to Joplin and got two iPhone 14 pros for 260 bucks with cases and screen protectors. They even fixed my previous bill I was on. So if you have any issues and you use us cellular, I highly recommend the us cellular on Rangeline in Joplin.

Took my mother in law in Saturday since we got a letter that said US Cellular was upgrading towers and she needed to upgrade her phone before it stopped working. One person working in the store and tell us it will be an hour before he can get to us. We went and got lunch and came back 45 minutes later. He was just finishing up with the customer from earlier and now there were 3 other customers waiting. He said it would be hours now. Terrible service.

If you need help with a phone or watch that is paid for, forget getting any help. They just tell you to call 611. Stick with the Joplin store. They will let you buy a phone without financing it, and will give you service even after it’s paid for.

They were very cheerful. But lied about checking other offices stocks. Sold us phone with defective battery. When called back denied it.

They lured me in with lies over the holidays and then jacked up my bill a month into the new year. These people are liars and thieves, and I am working on switching back to my former service, Cricket, with who I had ZERO problems with over 4 years.
