They worked on my 2001,VW Rialta. They did a fantastic job on the AC and hub assembly. Great work at a great price. I'll definitely return here for all of my automotive repairs in the future.

Had flat on way to STL from Dallas.. stopped to see if they could patch so we could be on our way but sadly tire was ruined they did not have tire in stock.. but they guided me to the safest next step options. Traveling alone with my 3 kids, the retiree made sure I was in good shape to get to next stop! Can’t thank them enough. Good people!!!!They even let me use the bathroom:)

Honest, fair pricing, make an appointment, and they get your vehicle in and out on time. Now if something unforeseeable pops up like needing new rotors for brakes they will advise you of time, procedure and costs. Was my first time dealing with Ruppert's but not my last!

Great experience! I took my daughter’s car to have the battery checked and replaced. They got me in same day, replaced the battery in about 15 minutes, and the cost was very fair and affordable. Very friendly service! I would recommend Ruppert’s to anyone.

My car died completely, wouldn't do anything, no dash lights, nothing, had to push it into a parking lot and thought it was toast...these guys responded quickly and towed the car and had it fixed very fast at an extremely reasonable cost, would definitely recommend them and use their services again

A few days after I left I noticed a grinding noise coming from the wheel they replaced. So I went and investigated it. The tire was put on so tight it bent my tire iron. I called and the guy that answered the phone laughed at me. He said all his impacts are set to 90psi. That it wasn't his problem. However the other three wheels I got off no problem. Next time if you don't have the correct torque bar, do it by hand!

a few days after I left, I noticed a grinding noise coming from the tire they replaced. after close investigation, I had a set of bad brakes. the tire/rim they changed was on so tight I bent my lug wrench. So I called, and the guy laughed. he said there is no way that could have happened, that all his impacts are set to 90psi. well if you hold the trigger down, it doesn't matter what psi they are set to, it will put it on tighter. hopefully the putz didn't put it on so tight I need a bearing or lugs. never will I ever use them again, and I hope no one else does either. shame on you for telling stories and laughing at my expense!

I rolled into Ruppert's the Friday after Thanksgiving after looking everywhere for someone who could/would look at the bearings on my trailer tire. It had just blown out on me driving south interstate 44. I was on my own, 3 hours from home, 3 hours from my destination, with 2 dogs, and a horse in the trailer.Ruppert's team bent over backwards to help me out. I cannot express how grateful I am for them stepping up in the way that they did in my situation. Given the circumstances, I decided it would be best to leave the horse on the trailer. Not only did the Rupperts guys repack the bearing on the bad wheel after making trips to the parts store, they were also super conscientious of doing the work with the horse on the trailer and worked with me to make sure she was calm while they did what needed to be done.They really saved me and my little animal family that day, and let's just say I insisted on paying close to 2x as much as I was charged. I would have paid anything and they chose not to gouge me. This is an excellent shop run by good people.
