I came in for a manicure today - the gentleman was more worried about being on his cellphone then working on my fingernails. Not even 3 hours later, the gel polish started chipping and two of my nails broke. Definitely will not be returning.

Not great service, they weren't friendly for a single minute. We asked for $30 pedicures (gel) and at checkout the cost was $50. A completely undisclosed $20 upcharge due to gel is absolutely RIDICULOUS and cannot be justified whatsoever. Especially without telling us beforehand. Don't go here.

Brian at Regal Nails Salon has been doing my nails for years. He is an extremely talented nail expert. He is a perfectionist, yet he is very quick. I highly recommend Brian at his Salon in Miami, OK for everyone's nail needs.

It was OK... no hand lotion or hand massage. The color was not dark enough but he was in a hurry and didn't put enough coats of polish for proper color. Then over charged by $5, as you can see... not well done.

I asked them to remove my acrylic nails and they don't use acetone. They clipped them and shoved a fake nail in between my natural nail and the acrylic nails. My finger nails are torn up. I could have done that at home. I will never go back for any services. Very rude people and horrible service.

I asked to have my nails straightened because they filed them and they were crooked, I ended up paying for a full, painted fill and left with crooked unpainted nails. ??♀️ Heading to another nail salon in town to have them fixed and pay again. Definitely won’t be back.

Very rough drimmeling off old dip. Scraped off dead skin on feet so raw now 24 hours later - it hurts to walk. Most expensive appointment I’ve ever had.

After using Regal in pryor I thought by going to this Regal I would get the quality of service... not ONLY poor quality even WORSE price... I was charged 55$ for a simple acrylic set... for that price I'll just go back to Pryor and still save money..

I went in after I got off work right after they opened. They are very rough when doing your nails and when the were using the drimmel to grind down my nail, they took my cuticul all the way off to the point I was bleeding, when I jerked my hand back from the pain, he just gripped my hand tighter and continued what he was doing and didn't even apologize.

I’m a little disappointed with my last experience here. I was overcharged almost double for just a full set of gel nails. The sign in the shop says and gel manicure is $35. After I left, I called the place and they told me a gel manicure is for $45 but while I was in there, the lady charged me $60, yes $60 for a gel set. Nothing special just a simple purple and glitter gel color. I originally wanted a glittery dip nail with a different color and she kept steering me back to regular gel because she said it would be too hard to put dip on fake nails (which I’ve done plenty of times before) and STILL charged double the price... I’ve learned my lesson to speak up next time. Keep your eyes open for this ladies!!!
