I never knew that this vet would never answer the phone. I called this vet all day Friday and they never answered the phone and again on Saturday then they called me back Monday morning saying that they were canceling my appointment.
So I’m not gonna recommend this vet.

I brought my cat here on Tuesday October 8th. I paid these people $300 for everything that the gentleman suggested that we do for a treatment plan. He was gradually getting better until left at this facility. During our appointment the doctor squeezed my cats stomach till he peed everywhere, then took a sample of his pee to test it. My cat never stopped peeing after that, the vet said results showed blood in his urine, then convinced me to leave him overnight for treatment. He then took my cat to get a chemical bath. After our appointment, I went to the front desk, The receptionist told me that they treat first thing in the morning around 8am-9am to call around 9am and get an update; meanwhile the vet and his assistant were assuring me that he was already starting to perk up a bit more and was now meowing. I figured everything was fine so I paid then left. Fast forward to the next morning. I had called around 9:20am for an update to be told that my baby was dead. “‘It’ didn’t make it through the night”. I never received a call from anyone about his passing, at all. All the lady on the phone said was “I thought the Doc called you already”. Although devastated I went to pick him up. There were 2 extremely rude women behind the counter that acted like I was the bane of their existence, when I told them who I was and why I was there. They kept referring to my cat as a ‘her’ and also an ‘it’. When I was handed my baby, the one handing him to me, snarkily said “sorrrrrrrryyyyy” then “drive save”. Well we decide to have him cremated and I give them a call and find out a price, price wasn’t bad so we were going to go that route. They have me bring him all the way back out there just to talk to me like I was lesser than them. Referring to my cat as an ‘it’ again and again. Then they refuse to take my cat back, telling me that they won’t hold him because they have only 2 freezers. So I go to leave and I’m told “bring ‘it’ back cold” as if I was a ignorant child. All the while I’m not given any bit of my money back for the things that weren’t done. The lady who called me back about the matter, condescendingly asked me “what you don’t think what we did was worth $300?” Also had the nastiest attitude when she told me that everything that I paid for was done before I even left (But the vet said he would be giving another round of treatment in the morning. That’s why I had to wait til after 9am to call about a status, and why would I have been told to leave him overnight had he already been given everything!?) Then proceeded to state, with the worst attitude I’ve ever heard anybody in her profession have, that she can hand write everything that was done when he was there but they’re not giving me my money back. I also called whom I used for cremation service to verify if he even had a patch of fur shaved for an IV, because I didn't see one myself and neither did my fiancé, and they confirmed that there was no patch of fur missing. They also had asked what happened for him to be put down. There is a standard that your type of business should be held at. This is inhumane, and downright disgusting behavior. Seems like you guys put my cat down because it was a cheaper option than treatment. You had NO right to make that decision. And had that been your only option, you should have had the decency to tell me so I could’ve seen him go. That poor baby layed there looking for me. I know he did. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I took both of my dogs to get their shots that were due and everything went well the vet was really nice took good care of them. The receptionist got kind of hateful to me because she wanted me to do all the shots for the year but they weren’t due yet until November of 2025 and I tried to explain it to her but she was confused on what I was saying and kept arguing with me about it. I wasn’t being rude or anything I was calm but she shouldn’t be hateful or talk to me like she’s better than me or anyone else. I can’t stand people that treat me or other people like that.

My Elsie dog just finished her round of antibiotics & is now chipper. I was very concerned about her 7 days ago. This veterinarian listened to my concern & ran blood work & urinalysis which revealed infection. Thankful the tests were ran rather than just home remedies. I would be devastated without my Elsie dog.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DOG SERVICE. has my dogs stay for 2 nights went to pick them up my bull dog was returned home with multiple rashes in different areas, his mouth was bleeding, there’s a huge bump on his foot, and on top of this he was brought out COVERED in dog pee. My second dog was also brought to me absolutely covered in dog pee to the point she was wet and her fur was yellow. I am so so so disgusted and appalled that anyone could let this happen, never and i repeat never take your pets here if you want them safe.

Our Cat of 2 years was very sick and became aggressive, he attacked me and I'm pregnant. Unfortunately we had to have him Euthanized even the city suggested to do so but while they Euthanized him they treated him with such care and sweetness even after he had passed. They carried him out to the car for us and put him in a little bag. I cried in the lobby and felt no judgement from the staff. It's unfortunate this is how I had to discover this place but they're very good and it took less then 10 minutes. I got to bring my baby home peacefully and bury him next to his best friend so we can visit him at anytime ❤️

I have two dogs, (bull dog and beagle) now, I understand English bull dogs are hard to take care of but this just blew my mind that a human being could treat my dogs like this. I left them for 2 NIGHTS!!! I picked my dogs up and immediately I noticed pee and poop ALL over them. I got them home and checked them over I was so so so upset!!! My bull dog has multiple rashes on his stomach, A bloody wart on one paw causing him to limp, on the other paw a swollen bloody cut between the pads on his foot, A gash on the under part of his neck, and nasty OLD dried water from his mouth to his chest. My beagle had a ginormous lump between her front teeth causing her to not want to eat, pee dried to her snout, and a pain on her paw (no telling what) from causing her to limp. Please if you care about your fur babies please please don't bring them to this 'animal hospital' if you could even call it that.

I had the absolute WORST experience here. I brought my cat in to be cremated and the receptionist was extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. When I returned to pick up my pets ashes I received the same treatment and she couldn't be bothered and had another person retrieve my cats ashes. I will not bring my pets here if this is how people are treated,who knows how my pets would be treated!

We started bringing our dogs to Dr. Hough and working with him for our cows after experiencing many others. His ability to diagnose and treat correctly the problem each and every time has been excellent. Two of our dogs have genetic spinal issues which have been largely kept under control following the diagnosis and then hydrotherapy. One of them was almost unable to utilize her rear legs and while not as fast as peak days, she is able to run and mostly keep up with the speedy mutt we have.I have no hesitation on recommending Dr. Hough to treat what is treatable in your dogs or cows.

This place is a POS animal hospital they will turn your dieing or sick dog down just bc you don't have the money right there in hand I will never do business with this place again or send my friends of family there for anything.

These people are FANTASTIC!!! Everytime I go in this place I have a great experience not to mention they kept my dog for over a week and nursed him back to health from a really bad case of salmonella. If you need anything from a flea pill to life saving care for your pet they have you covered.
