I would give 5 stars, but coming back with my boyfriend to do taxes, the other lady was rude, and made it a not good experience. The blonde lady was super friendly, and fast. I will be back as long as I can do my taxes with her.this was my first time doing taxes with liberty. I recommend it 100%
