Went to Walmart and was told I’d have to wait three hours to have my tire looked at. Came here and got in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!

The first time I took my car there, WITH THE SAME NOISE ITS STILL MAKING, they told me it was a mount, replaced them, still making the sound.. took it to Vance couple weeks ago, they said it was a mount maybe the strut or motor mount, I said one of them have been replaced, they said take it back to them they should warranty it.. so I took it back to Karnes, they said ok, well it needs a belt, TIE ROD on the front, and brakes., ok let’s do the belt, and tie rod (I don’t have the $$ for all of that). Took it in to get fixed, they did the belt and what I thought was the tie rod, $530.. for “that” caught me off guard. I got home it’s still making the same sound. Look at my receipt and they replaced the Sway bar… what does the sway bar ON THE BACK have to do with the front passenger side making noise?? I was livid! I wasn’t notified they was doing something to the rear end of my car! They had NO explanation to why the back was replaced and the front wasn’t fixed. WORST PLACE, WORST EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!

Located to Miami, OK about 2 years ago and had a few issues with my car which Karnes was the first place I took it to. I've brought it in a number of times and they have always done me right. Will recommend this company who wants reliable and reasonable work done.

Would not recommend.
Day 1. Called to get an appointment for an oil change and to ask if they could drive around my car for a bit because it was shaking when I would hit around 60-75 mph. Once I had the appointment, they had my car for 4 hours. I ended up having to call them to ask if they were finished with my car and they said it was ready (normally they call or text you when they are done). They said it was a broken tire rod and that they would have to schedule another time to fix it. They also did not change the oil.
Day 2. Got an oil change and they fixed the tire rod. They said my car was good to go and that everything should been working great. I'm driving back to work and my car is still shaking, this time at 45mph. I call them back and let them know the problem was not fixed and they said I could bring it in the next Monday and they would take a look at it again to find the problem.
Day 3. Brought it in, they had my car for 2 hours and called me saying it was ready. When I came to pick it up, they told me that they had just casually forgotten to tell me that my CV axel was broken and they let me drive off with my car and scheduled an appointment to bring it back another day.
Day 4. They finally fixed my car $600 later (labor is $150) each time.
I understand labor charge and all that, but to forget to tell me that there was a serious problem in my car and let me drive away with it not just once, but multiple times and to have to pay for labor twice when it was something that should have been fixed the first time. I will not be going here again. I have heard good things at the Karnes in Baxter Springs, but I will not be recommend this one to anyone.

Nope! Never again! We do not recommend this place. My husband told them that another tire shop replaced a TPMS with a regular valve stem. They did not listen to him, instead they continued to tell him they were detecting 4 TPMS and that there was not one to replace. My husband watched the other tire shop install the regular valve stem.

We were traveling with our very large 5th wheel and had a problem with a tire and wheel on the 5th wheel. They got us in immediately and changed the tire for us no charge. Super friendly and great service. Very much appreciated and got us back on the road safely.

I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a more unprofessional person at any business than when I came here. After reading the other reviews, I think it was a blessing in disguise. Spent $1,000 on 4 new tires at Goodyear in Joplin. I’d rather invest in the local community, but not here.

Terrible company destroys people's cars and refuses to cover the damage wants to blame everyone but themselves even when given proof. Destroyed one of my employees personal vehicles and employee has proof. Will be helping said employee move forward with legal actions and pushing as much of this on social media as we can afford.
